This is the nicest Big Lots I've ever been inside of; that's even including when it used to be Odd Lots. I love the gazebo displays. They had a very nice selection. The store was not cluttered. That is a big plus.

Zachary Brooks is a great addition to this scenic hwy location. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I had stopped coming to this big lots for a little while, and happened to drop in recently. Glad I did. Definitely a better experience this go round. Keep up the great work Big Lots!

Store was well stocked, had exactly what I went looking for. The store was very clean, well organized and the employees were friendly and very helpful, although the air-conditioning was not performing well at all, it was quite warm inside, I would have shopped longer had it not been so warm in there, I actually felt bad for the employees having to work in such a warm store. Hope they get the air fixed soon.

I went online to order a set of 3 planters. My local store didn't have it, so the site found the nearest store to me which was the Snellville store. I until the next day and drove 50 minutes and 35 miles away to pick up my order. I walk to the door at 10:30, sign says they open at 9 a.m. and the doors were locked with a sign on the door. Sorry we're closed and directed you to another location or online. I immediately called customer service(?), I believe the call went to India. He was unaware the store was closed. I informed him that the lights were on, we could see employees inside and the inside doors open. I asked, could he contact the store and ask them to bring the order to me? He stated he would and put me on hold. Meanwhile, my husband called one of the stores they directed customers to contact. My husband spoke to Devon at the Stone Mountain branch, a nice, helpful manager who went to work on his day off. An employee arrived while he was at the door, so someone had to come to let them in. This employee, Vivian, spoke to my husband, said she couldn 't pull the order and couldn't explain why the store was closed. She closed the door and walked away with an attitude. What is this country coming to? These workers today have no work ethic nor no the meaning of customer service. Should the store close or fire her? I asked the Customer service person on the phone could he cancel the order and he said no because he couldn't get in touch with the store. Unbelievable! So we drove another 5 miles to the Stone Mountain store and purchased it again. I will get my money back and I will also contact corporate. They don't deserve 1 star.

They used to sell other stores. Leftover s but now it's just junk and I can get other. Thins I need elswhere cheaper on sale. I only. Go when I get my 20% coupon and stick to paper products and cat litter and a few others. I wouldn't go out of my way

We purchased a king mattress, box springs and metal frame back in February for $1500. By six months we were navigating the warranty replacement due to extreme sagging. We started the process with Metro Mattress Outlet. The lady told us they had experienced several returns on this mattress, Serta Grand Mier pillowtop only to be told by Matt that this is not the case. We went in after a three week wait to verify the replacement and to request a different metal frame because the one we were given had the support beam lengthwise not crossways. Basically, Mark told us to bad so sad. His supplier only makes the long ways support. Every warranty replacement has the mound in the middle with the body sagging where you sleep He was not willing to look for another frame and actually said, "You came in here looking for a fight." I didn't, I just expected for that price to get a crossways support frame so we don't have to get to know them every 6 months for the next ten years. When I asked if that's what would happen, Mark actually said, "Possibly, yes." We are already paying almost $100 for delivery of the replacement and I just spent $65 on Amazon for a crossways support frame. So $165 additional from the "I'm the warranty guy." I am a strong supporter of small business but sadly, we will not be back here and I'm going to make sure none of my friends have this same experience. ?
