I want to take the time out and personally shout out a young lady by the name of Francis in the Snellville location. She has been extremely professional and very helpful while assisting me. She knows her products very well and she has been patient and consistent with me when I have questions. I have visited the store several times and every time her customer service is excellent and she does not disappoint. Keep up the good work and I appreciate your time and effort.

Absolutely the worst. If you are trying to buy and have anything car audio related done...go somewhere else I beg you to save you time and hassle. Purchased $700 worth of stuff and no one at the store acted like they had a clue...should have been my first flag. Guy finally helped, made an appointment in the system for install and quoted price. Daughter goes there today to get it done...don't even have it on the schedule...wanted $100 more than quotes. Called...well guess what you can't actually get a human being at the store...all calls are routed to a customer call center and can't understand anything they are saying.

Didn't go to Best Buy to shop but I did go there to the Geek Squad to help me with something on my phone. Tyler was the one who helped me with the problem I was having and tried his best to fix it. He was very nice and pleasant to talk to and gave me a number to call to someone else who could help. Their should be more younger people with a kind attitude with helping us older people who know nothing about cell phones. So I want to thank Geek Squad for having a great choice of hiring good people like Tyler. Thumbs up to Tyler for his kindness and support! ?

The middle aged guy in the front of the store on June 7th, 2024 at 11:15am was rude and not personable. I had a misunderstanding with my return and the young man that helped me asked him about it (with me right next to him) and the guy couldn’t look either of us in the eye and gave a short and unclear response to our question. Really, you can’t turn away from your computer for a few seconds to explain the confusing email I received? Also, BestBuy, the 15% “restocking” fee is ridiculous.

I will never shop at Best Buy. What a joke! I don't usually post negative reviews, but shopping here is an absolute waste of time. I waited for over 30 minutes for help only to be given the wrong items and had to go there again and wait to return them. I do understand that good help is hard to find, and Best Buy made that clear.

Looking for washer and dryer. Went inside found the washer and dryer we wanted. Went to customer service to get assistance. We were told I will call someone for you. We waited, waited, and waited ! Finally left!!! Horrible service. We went across the street to Home Depot and bought the same washer and dryer for $100 cheaper for each one. Free delivery! After reading Aaron G response I foresee Best Buy closing down soon. If you have to ask me if I want someone to follow -up with the issue with customer service on Facebook?! Are you kidding me!!
