Pleasant Sales rep. Christian was knowledgeable of my need and had to change my order because it was the wrong battery size. Good thing that I actually brought in the old car battery with me. He was able to adjust my order and amount on the spot. Great service.

I needed a new battery for my 2021 palisade. Did some research and found that batteries Plus had the higher end battery that I wanted in stock. Drove over to the store informed the young man at the counter what I needed.He looked up the battery had it in stock and installed my battery. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and even he help several other customers while I was there.I believe his name was Jack. Very knowledgeable. Did a great job. Never been in a batteries plus before, but definitely would return and recommend.

BE CAREFUL!!! Not HonestyBad customer service, I bought my battery at this location and it still under warranty but battery gone bad and they don’t want to replace and force me buying new one.

Walked in with just some scribble on a piece of paper from 10 years ago for a motion detector battery. Both attendants knew exactly what I had written down and sold me the correct batteries. These guys are on top of it!

I brought my Iphone into the Snellville store on 08/31 for a battery replacement. After the battery replacement, I immediately noticed that the home button was no longer working on my phone. The technician took it apart and noticed the ribbon was damaged. He told me that they did not have the screen to repair this and would have to get it from another store and they would call me. I've been back and forth several times and my problem is still not resolved a month and a half later . It is now 10/17 and I would like to know what our next step is to resolve this problem.I am out of patience !!
