Used the ATM and it spit my money out on the ground so I had to back up and get out to get it. Then it snapped shut on my fingers as I inserted my money. Don't go here for their ATM at least.

I absolutely hate this location. I try to avoid it as much as I can the few times that I have to go in there the customer service lacks so much! Half the time they’re not even able to help me with what I need. They should really look into training for better customer service here.

2 Stars only because the lobby looks nice. Customer service was severely lacking. Very minimal verbal contact - no greeting even after I stated I'd not been inside a bank in many years! I felt completely unwelcomed here. Actually depositing at the ATM is more cordial! Close the counter and go ATM only - Much friendlier!

I went to this location to cash a check from BOA today around 4:40 PM. The bank teller was so rude and even rolled her eyes at me when I asked a simple question. I will never go to this location again. I’m so mad I didn’t get her name. She was awful. By the way.. this is my first review ever!!

This location has 4 ATMs available. 1 inside and 3 outside and is located in a central part of Snellville.

This Snellville branch is horrible. I don't even want to give them a 1 star. But, they are not customer syntric. They never have a notary available, you have to wait weeks for an appointment. If you want professionalism go to BOA on Oat Street in Snellville Ga, you will always get great custom service.

Worst place to Bank with, I was closing on an investment property that I bought in Georgia. I traveled all the way from Michigan to wire the transfer to close on the house. But they won’t let me, talking about the money was so huge and they didn’t have my signature on file because I never wrote a check before. This is my own hard working money as a pharmacist but they were looking at me like I was involved in fraud. I had to wait at least two business days for my signature to be captured into the system. The manager was trying to be nice but the other employees were horrible. I am closing my account ASAP

My husband and I had to take time off to go to the branch in person so I could change my name. They wouldn't do it without my husband present so we both had to take time off. The woman who helped us was great but when my card arrived it had my maiden name. It would not allow me to do anything online or in the app and is forcing me to go back into the branch. I have tried calling this branch SO MANY TIMES and they never answer. Ever. I'm going to have to take more time off to go to the branch again. How you can run a business, much less a BANK without answering the phone is beyond me. Completely absurd.[update] I fully understand that phones come secondary to customers in the store, however, I have tried calling multiple times a week for the past 3 weeks and never an answer, which is absurd no matter how you put it. The response I got to my review that suggests I use Twitter or Facebook to reach a member of their Social Media Client Care Team and I have a hard time understanding how that is supposed to help me at all.

This is insane to stand in a line for a simple deposit for a long time. As I am observing large monetary transactions that are taking place. I would assume that these transactions should be a 1 to 1 in an office . I’m baffled. It doesn’t seem safe either. In 2022 going into 2023. I would think that there would be another teller somewhere in this brick building to open another line . Seeing how it’s stretching all the way to the other side of never ending.Sorry BOA. Just saying………
