I want to take this opportunity to thank Dr Adrian and her staff for excellent service during my visit with my Rottie. He was diagnosed with cancer and had to be put down today! Thank you for your compassion and caring spirit during this time. Recommend this facility for your pet needs! Thank you again!

Banfield has not provided the service I expected. The hospital has provided incorrect test results, with one being a false Parvo virus that caused me to worry day in and day out. My other pet had an infection, which I was told the results were negative. After my pet was still ill, I attempted to schedule an appointment online and discovered positive lab results from the initial appointment almost a week later. Someone contacted me a week and a half later regarding test results for both of my pets and wasn’t sure if I had been contacted about the results. I have asked to speak with a practice manager and as of today no response! After all of this, I am still being charged a monthly fee and cannot cancel my membership for unacceptable pet care without paying a ridiculous fee.

I accidentally went to the wrong location + Heather at the front desk was KIND enough to offer to see my kitty today! throughout checkin she gave me an explanation of every part of the process before taking my baby, and she told the full story of my pets current issues to make the handoff between the nurse, her, and myself easy as sunday morning! The nurse Marissa was the sweetest, most knowledgeable, clever, and funny vet tech I have ever had. She was super cool, reassuring , and had we not been in the same setting I would have told you it felt like my bestie speaking to me lol ! Oftentimes there are crises or big stresses attributed towards taking any animal/human to receive medical care, and it makes the nature of receiving care a very sensitive and anxiety inducing matter. Happy to have found MY Banfield pet hospital , they make the routine feel SAFE, INFORMATIONAL, SUPERB, and FUN! You know you’re in good hands when your grumpy/neurotic cat is purring at the vet lol

Dr is nice and knowledgeable but the staff is lacking. Appts never run on time. Checkin and check out is always unorganized and late. Never run on schedule
