Awesome, handcrafted onsite and local! My items are always fresh. An offering with no nitrates and fillers is a plus!! Staff and owners are super nice prompt. Have always answered my questions regarding preparing. Oh.. And offered exquisite recipes that are simple and time-saving for my busy schedule.

Okay Yelpers, it is Friday so I am feeling generous. I almost hate telling people about this place because I don't want locals to buy them out of my favorite types. (Seriously) This is one of Atlanta restaurants' best kept secrets. I had actually had their sausage unknowingly at First Watch and other establishements throughout Atlanta. I had no idea some of my favorite little stops bought from Atlanta Sausage until I happened to stop in here on a whim. I grabbed some of their tomato, basil, chicken sausage. When I cooked it at home I knew I'd had their sausage in the past. I've been a frequent shopper ever since. Just a heads up, they only take cash so don't expect to be able to use your card. I did see one review on here that stated that the sausage was too salty and I wanted to point out that it could have been the way the sausage was cooked or seasoned at the restaurant. I have personally never run into a batch of overseasoned sausage yet. I recommend their pork bangers. They are amazing. OH they also have delicious meatballs.

Best Sausage around. Very friendly staff and open to the public. I've been to a couple restaurants that serve there sausage and it is amazing. Quality meat at a good price.

The sausages from this store are fabulous. They are not overly salty as the other person posted. (Maybe they should try cooking at home if they are worried about salt content.) I do not cook with salt. I only use herbs and spices. These sausages were much less salty than anything I have bought from the supermarket. I bought sausage and meatballs my first trip. They were well spiced with basil, garlic and other herbs. I am on my way out to get more. I am sure there was salt in them, but not so much that I had a problem with it. These are some of the best sausages I have had in years. I am on my way out to get some more.

I recently had a meal at Marlay House that had sausage from Atlanta Sausage Company and it was pretty bad. Not flavorful, and way too salty. I am highly unlikely to try any sausages from ASC in the future.
