Owner was cool but the prices was just out the ball park for me. I need a catalytic converter for my 2016 Nissan Altima but $3,000 is just too much. When my local parts store has it for $301.95.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Greg and Cynthia to put it simple are really good people. Greg went over and above getting my car exhaust issue diagnosed and resolved without charging me a crazy amount of money. He explained exactly what was repaired to get me in and out. I used Andy's Muffler on three separate occasions. Three separate occasions with two different cars. After getting back my car every single time there was more problems with the car. Andy being the " stand up guy he is" . Told me and my wife it had nothing to do with their service. Andy blamed the new problems on the fact that we had an older car. Lol however after taking our vehicles to another mechanic, we were told that Andy's did half as.... work. Basically costing us more money. Please beware don't be fooled like we were.

We took my mom's old SUV here. It was making a lot of noise. Seemed like it was the exhaust system. After assessing Andy said it's the wheel hub assembly. We went ahead and had him do the repair, same noise was coming so he went ahead and did the other side. The noise was still there. Couldn't figure it out. He said there would be no charge at all. He spend all day working on it. I was thoroughly amazed at the honesty and it's good to know that honest people are out there. We paid for the parts. The sound is a mystery, but wanted to share my experience as Andy is a good guy and does the right thing.
