American Heritage Animal Hospital was founded in 1982 by Dr. Schimmerhorn. It was purchased by Dr. CAT in 2013. Since then she has worked to update the hospital and continue the legacy of an individually owned small business. We are one of the few veterinary hospitals in the area that is not owned by a corporation. Dr. CAT feels that personal interaction is important and if you call us you will talk to a real person not a computer or AI. She is always straightforward and honest with clients about their pet's medical condition and what is needed to keep them in the best health possible.
