I called and asked about the consultation, they told me 40, I asked for prices for blood tests for the thyroid and they ended up asking me how much they charge me somewhere else, I better hang up, how unprofessional this doctor is.

In my experience, the nurses and the doctor were very friendly and communicative. I leave pleased with the service and confident that I have a place to return to if necessary.

Not a great experience. The doctor glanced at my ear, told me I had a fungal infection, injected me with a shot of something (and did not explain what it is). Then prescribed me antibiotics. He also talked over me when I asked questions. And when I had concerns about the medication, the nurse basically said she assumed the doctor knew what he was doing. Which a month later the doctor's instructions did not help anything. I had another doctor from wellstar tell me that the medication I was prescribed at this place would not have helped my symptoms. So i wasted $200 at this place.

This office is extremely unprofessional. We called before arrival which we received confirmation that we could be seen. When we arrived the nurse was very nice took our chart information, and we waited in the lobby for an hour. After an hour, of it seemingly being very slow, we were greeted by the nurse to be seen by the doctor. We were brought back to the examination room where the nurse started to examine. It was a very simple case of asthma, and we just needed a refill. Anyone who has asthma knows how severe it is not to have medication. As the nurse continues to examine, the ‘doctor’ knocks on the door and continues to explain how he cannot see us because he has an emergency at the hospital. Now this would be ok, except we had waited an hour, there were still other patients being seen, and he never left. We also were never given a chance to reschedule. He told us I’m sorry you have to go somewhere else even though the patient was having a mild asthma attack and chest complications. I have never seen a doctor so unprofessional. Honestly, he did us a favor by saving us from his terrible service and bedside manners. This doctor is taking advantage of people who are less privileged and prays on the lack of education some patients may have when it comes to medical practice and knowing their rights. This doctor is ALL about the money. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place shuts down and more people need to come forward and speak up because this is a public service not concerned for the public. Doctors are meant to help not take advantage.

The office staff is terrible. The lady dismissed any questions I had and just kept saying she doesn’t understand even though I asked to speak with someone else.

Excellent service, very professional and fast, excellent attention, the girl who treated me was very kind and professional, the doctor gave me an accurate prognosis and one day later I am much better. I highly recommend this Clinic, excellent price! Very reasonable.

I felt like it was a scam. They say it is $40 for the visit but after a to the doctor he describes the treatment plan for what were flu like symptoms and the total visit was going to up close to $400! Once I questioned about refusing certain treatments due to lack of funds. He said that he could not treat me. I feel like they are taking advantage of undocumented individual and making them believe that they have no other choice then to take his treatment. Every patient has a right to refuse service and this doctor was rude and unprofessional.
