It is always a pleasure shopping here. The staff are kind, professional, and always smiling. Sadly, I have been to many beauty supply stores where I feel like they are watching me to see if I am stealing instead of helping me find my products and this shop is nothing like that. I can tell they value me as a customer and appreciate my business. I will shop here for my supplies.

They have quite a bit of wig selections, but I was in search of hair dye. Yesss, vegan semi permanent hair dye, and one of the best qualities in terms of vibrancy. Like I'm amazed. And the guy helped me pick the right color. Place could be updated, though.. I was intimidated when I first walked in.

This store is HORRIBLE.. the little Asian lady in there will laugh and joke with you in an attempt to get you to spent more money ... and make black jokes as if she’s black !!! I purchased 2 wigs on Friday “ my fault for not trying it on” when I got home the quality was trash .... nothing like the display !! I went back Monday afternoon and she refused to exchange the trashy wig even tho all packaging was in tact , tags and all... she was quick to laugh and joke and take money ... but did not want to exchange ... the wig she gave me was NOT the same wig on display !!! DO NOT SPEND MONEY IN THIS STORE !!!

they have a very wide selection of wigs but they all look so worn down and old. The older Asian man seemed so annoyed to be at work today that he didn't want to help me try on wigs even though I paid for a wig cap

The 2 stars are for the new owner. Maybe he needs time to find out what he actually has in the store, but it's really messy and I found things he didn't know he had. The marked prices were much too high, but he readily offered lower prices. Might be good once he gets settled.

Went to this store yesterday at 7:20 and the door was locked with keys in the door, the sign on the door clearly says close at 8pm! You know when you have a hair emergency and need something last minute. That was me and this makes no sense.

I have purchased 2 wigs from this shop. One is really curly and it has held up pretty well. The other one on the other hand is terrible! Which I later found that it is not 100% human hair, it is a blend. And I paid WAY too much money for a blend of hair. I was under the impression that this was a 100% human wig...

This place is decent and has an okay selection of wigs. The store is more on the small side for a beauty store but the prices aren't that bad. The wigs are good quality. The only issue is with the customer service.
