???I wish I could press 0 stars for them wasting 2 weeks of my time trying to get a mammogram, answering a litany questions, creating an online file, giving my health insurance information on the phone with intake for a good 20-30 minutes only to show up and be turned away for not having an order.
Prior to coming, I spoke to them and received 3 text messages, none informing me that I needed an order. I did everything I was instructed to do. This is such a simple request that could’ve been done had I only knew. Receptionist says it’s in their notes but no one bothered to tell me.
On top of that, they had me on hold for 20 min, had to call another number hold for another 10 min and leave a voicemail only for them to tell me they never got a message from me. They create unnecessary barriers. No wonder why GA ranks so low in healthcare and has health disparities for black women. I’m so disappointed and do not recommend this place. They could care less.

To the tall black nurse who does prescription in Dr Ghandi office. You are extremely unprofessional and rude. You yelled at us for asking a simple question after you messed up our prescription not once but twice. Pick another profession if old sick people are asking you a simple question and you get mad. We didn’t appreciate your attitude or tone of voice. People like you are what’s wrong with this world.

One stop shop for most medical needs. Nice facilities and pleasant customer service. The only downside is that it tends to be crowded and hard to get appointments with certain doctors.

At 9pm, 1 hr before close I was turned away saying the Dr had reached capacity. When I questioned that. I was told unless it was an emergency like cardiac arrest when the sign outside clearly says NO EMERGENCY SERVICES. Last time I checked cardiac rest was AN EMERGENCY. Obviously, a lie. This is before even knowing what I was there for which was simple.

Had a good visit but they are horrible at answering the phones. Called 5 times in a row today alone and not one answered call. I shouldn’t have to drive there every single time I have an issue that needs to be addressed.

Great place to see top quality health professionals, from various medical specializations, all under one roof. It's a nice, modern facility, and also offers many diagnostic services. Plus, I never have to sit for long periods in the waiting room. And the doctors, nurses, technicians, & employees are all friendly, concerned with every patient's needs, and very professional. Have no complaints... Although I do wish they had a dermatology department.

This is the second property from Wellstar that I've been to that did not have soap in the bathrooms. That is disgusting and to be a healthcare facility makes it even worse!

Wait time for labs can be one to two plus hours. Wellstar needs to do better not serving patients in a timely manner.

Urgent care here sucks! Absolutely no urgency!first, they will make you wait at the reception for hours. Then , doctors just make you wait forever even though there are no patients.

I'm finished with the Wellstar organization as a whole. Nothing but greedy non helpful nurses and doctors. I took a test with one provider and was sent to a whole different provider to have a prescription filled. That is 2 office visits I'm expected to pay for and it all could have been handle with one. They lack the overall care in healthcare and are unconcerned for patients if its not increasing their bottom line. I know the organization is large and my one complaint won't hurt them but it is sickening how greedy the healthcare system has become and I've been a patient for years. Hope to be treated better by another healthcare system because Wellstar has lost my business indefinitely.

My podiatrist is here and he's very good.. My foot has been in so much pain. His front desk asked if I were a new patient and of course I'm not and I told her no. She told me since I haven't been there in a while I have to wait until June for an appointment. This is March. Guess who will not be there in June and will have another doctor?
