1 teller during the lunch rush is bad enough. But when that teller leaves for their lunch before their replacement is ready to help the 10 people still in line is just terrible customer service. At least have the decency to wait until the new teller is ready before walking out.

Slow, never any tellers inside being attentive to customers. Only drive through. Please evaluate. Pull the cameras from today at 3:50… 11 people in line for one teller.

I made an appointment before I go to the branch. People there were vey friendly and professional. Jannet was very professional and patient to answer my questions, as a new customer I had lots of questions regarding the new checking and savings account etc. suggested make an appointment to go.
