Tim Sussman or whatever he said his name was I'm 41 years old all I had to do was run out to my car and grab my ID which I was immediately outside I come back in I got to wait some more to get the cigarettes when I'm 41 years old I feel like it's some kind of control thing like they got to feel like they have power over somebody. I said I'll be right back it took me 2 seconds but then the next person in line who's counting out like $1,000 in twenties I got to sit there and wait for her when I was fast boom bam boom this is unacceptable Tim Sussman should not have a job he's suspect

I have been going here for almost 20 YEARS. But I've finally given up and have my prescriptions go elsewhere. The pharmacy staff's rudeness has gotten out of control and they are very unprofessional. One of them recently told me that the medication I was prescribed has been out "for a minute". I asked what kind of unit of time are we talking about, because I don't mind waiting for a few minutes. I got the biggest annoyed reaction from her (apparently "a minute" in her brain means many months). She ultimately canceled my prescription order, which I didn't realize until I followed up with them.
Okay NO PROBLEM, I can go somewhere else. I have a feeling this Walgreens isn't going to be around much longer.

This is supposed to be a 24 hour Walgreens. I came in at 10:31pm on a Wednesday to buy conditioner. There were 3 employees standing at the front, but they told me I had the option to select what I needed from the few items one of the employees had gathered at the front. What I was looking for was not included in the random items they gathered at the front, and I was not allowed to peruse the store to grab what I needed. I watched 9 other groups of patrons (no exaggeration because I’m sitting out front typing this now) attempt to purchase items they needed and they were also turned away. I find it quite ridiculous that a 24 hour Walgreens would allow their employees to refuse consumers from purchasing the items they need. I will never come back here again. I find this especially ridiculous considering how busy this area is. I saw SO MANY people get turned away.

I REALLY hate the female Pharmacist. I hate asking questions and getting the answers as though people are stupid. There’s no professionalism from her or that little petite “male” cashier behind the counter. For fear of being poisoned I am as pleasant as can be.

Always had a positive experience with the staff at this Walgreens location. Pharmacy staff has always been helpful, although they do get pretty busy at times but that is to be expected, and the Urgent Care staff has always been great and easy to schedule with.

The photo center people are not friendly. I got photos printed out and only half of them were printed. When talking to the clerk about my situation she was very dismissive and never once apologized for the mishap and said it was not their problem. Very disappointing that I lost my photos.

I will definitely be calling corporate in Bonnie Flemming! She is miserable, disrespectful and unprofessional. She has a nasty attitude towards all customers. She hung up on me and I had to go up to get her name because she wouldn't give me her name over the phone. I had to let her know that she is rude and disrespectful and that I will be reporting her. I don't care how long she has been working there, this is unacceptable.

They need a whole new staff, the people they got are lazy and useless. My mother booked a Covid test appointment online and when time came for her appointment they acted like they didn't know anything about it or what she was talking about in a rude manner and tone then told her all appointments were canceled despite her having a confirmation email from them, we call another location near by they were confused as to why that was said and why they did what they did. This store needs new management and employees because a job like that should be taken seriously.

Called because other Walgreens told me there was 100+ in front of me to fill my prescription. So I called this one waited 10 min on phone to get an unprofessional technician that said “can you wait for another I’m too behind”. So unprofessional

This review is specifically for Michael the pharmacist. I’ve been going to this Walgreens for several years now. Michael has always been patient and kind with my questions and will go above and beyond in answering them. My husband was recently put on a medication that had a side effect that could be reasonably treated by another med and Michael went ahead and added a prescription for that to ensure we weren’t miserable. It’s nice to know that they’re someone thoughtful on the other side of the counter taking care of us. Thank you so much, Michael!!
