The pharamacist is the WORST!!! Called to ask for 4 high blood pressure pills for my aged mom until refill date was due. Her response i dont do loaners. When i asked to speak to her she denied saying that then proceeded to argue and be rude. Horrible! I will never fill another presription there.

This is the most unprofessional Pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. I was picking up my perscription and the Pharm Tech told me something about my medication that was incorrect. I told her she was incorrect and asked to speak with a Pharmacist. I was told the Pharmacist was busy and if I did not step out of line the police would be called. It completely shocked me but clearly the Pharm Tech did not want to be told she was wrong. I'll never set foot in this building again. If I would have said the same things she did I would have been arrested for harrassment. Avoid this place at all costs!

Probably, the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I finally changed pharmacies after I had enough of rude attitudes and giving me incorrect medication. Please go somewhere else!

I was in on Wednesday Trying to buy some items. Had not been to this Walgreens in a while. First store very dirty outside and inside. Then no one at the counter to ring you out. I approached one counter and a young Hispanic male teen saw me and walked away quickly. Stood there for about 5 mins waiting to be rung out. There was no one else waiting at either register during this time. Then I decide to turn around again and there is a little line of people forming at the second register and here he comes and starts ringing them out. You saw me waiting at the other register. Why did you not say Mrs I am ringing out over here or call for help. I don't disrespect anyone and teach my kids not to!!!. I left purchases where they were and will never return!. Agree they have bad customer service here

Called to check on my prescription but they said it was sent to another location (despite walgreens website saying otherwise). 1.5 weeks later and still cannot get my medicine because at first it was out of stock, and then "reviewing insurance." I called my insurance company and guess what - the pharmacy never even sent it in! I called them again and after being placed on hold three times (before I finally said no and she spoke with me and placed me on hold again), they claimed my insurance rejected it but I could magically pick it up right away. How exactly does that work? I told them I just spoke with my insurance, and they never sent it and she just says, "Oh."Terrible customer service and always getting a bad attitude when I call, no matter how polite I am. Seems they will put "Reviewing Insurance" as a placeholder when they do not want to deal with refilling your meds. They won't even send it in the first place.Do yourself a favor and ask your doctor to send the prescription to a CVS or other pharmacy. Walgreens in Atlanta are a joke.

I really don't understand why there are people with this type of behavior, today I went because I needed a medicine for my son, and the person in charge of the pharmacy got upset when I asked for the price, I think it was too much trouble to walk a few steps to get there Where could you check it?

This Walgreens has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Sometimes, the pharmacy will simply shut down for days at a time, with no reason given. If you have a pending prescription, it's just held in limbo, leaving the customer with no recourse in transferring to another location, and with no information as to how to get the necessary medicine. The national customer service number is a joke. Stay away, or you'll lose control over an important aspect your life, your medications, because this store cares nothing about serving the paying customer. This has happened to me three times over the past year...never again.

If I could give negative stars, I would. First off, I and my family have been using this store for many years, espe for the pharmacy. This store has gone down hill SO bad over the past couple of years. Go ahead and blame it on covid or whatever, but these people are now rude and just don't care about their community. It takes forever to pick up prescriptions, and now the pharmacist has days where she doesn't even care to come to work, so people's vaccines get canceled without any notice. It was also canceled on this past Saturday, that the store decided to call within 15 minutes of the appointment. I hate to think that I have to switch from this store that my family, especially my late mom, used for many many years and had a relationship with the former employees. My mother would be ashamed of how this pharmacy operates now.
