The pharmacy group are frauds.They gave me a partial prescription and advised to come back for the difference.I came back as directed 3 times and they came up with a fraudulent lie stating I picked it up.Instead of them admitting they made mistake they gaslight me saying I've picked it up.I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyoneIf they would lie about that they will lie about anything.Untrustworthy staff.

Got to the drive thru Pharmacy and waited 20 minutes just to be told that they’re closed for lunch.Poor service!!

I visit this Walgreens daily. The staff is usually nice and always greet. Unfortunately last night Nov 8th at around 8:15 pm was a uncomfortable and rude experience for me. Upon me entering the store, the cashier didn't greet me or anyone else. She stood at the register with her arms folded and had a grouchy look on her face. I proceeded to go get my items and went to the register, again she didn't greet me or even speak. She told me my total and slightly slammed my item in the bag and shoved it towards me. I paid my total, politely told her I didn't need my receipt. She folded her arms back and just stared and didn't say anything. I've never seen such rudeness from an employee at this store. She needs to be fired if she doesn't want her job.

Thanks for saving the day!! After all the delay with my Christmas cards at the Floyd Walgreens location I was expecting the worse when my order was transferred to this location. Well they took on my order seamlessly and had it complete within a couple hours!!! Thank you for getting me back on track!

They deleted all my history from the app, they sent me an email informing me that they deleted it, without explanation, I contact the department that works with this and they come back and activate it, now everything is a problem, for the refills of my medications and My doctors, waits and bad customer service, they do not send me reminders in my message about my medications, I have to go in person to resolve and everything is extremely difficult. In addition, they sent my medicine that I requested through the delivery service and they sent it to another address.

Called because online account said call for notice pending and nobody picked up after 20 min hold. Switching pharmacies again. Big chain pharmacies are the worst

Website showed the pharmacy was open on Sunday. I pulled up and waited 15 minutes only to find out by calling the store that they now close on Sundays

This location has bad customer service, need more training when it comes to online orders and Brian or Bryan to be a manager has a serious attitude problem.

Went to this store around 9:00pm Ryan or Bryan helped me @ fragrance counter went above and beyond customer service was excellent as well as his attitude. Ryan also was working in photo lab as well when helped me. Older gentleman up front checked me out he was great, sorry I did’nt get his name. More people need to be like these gentlemen would make the world a better place.
