The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens is the absolute worst. They treat patients poorly and have no concern for their wellbeing. I will NOT be returning and suggest you do the same. They need complete turnover of the pharmacy staff.

The pharmacist Tramaine has horrible customer service. Her attitude is one that should not be present in one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in America. I absolutely cannot stand when someone is rude to you for absolutely no reason

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!! I've been a customer here since Rite Aid closed. The African female pharmacist is GARBAGE!! She is rude, disrespectful & lazy!! I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru to be told "did you not see the customers ahead of you?" I WAS THE ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU! She even stepped back & folder her arms like a child! This is literally the SLOWEST pharmacy EVER! They REFUSE to answer the phone & even put the call box at the drive thru on hold!! Walgreens needs to step up their customer service or they can continue to lose business, just like my household!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. First off, I and my family have been using this store for many years, espe for the pharmacy. This store has gone down hill SO bad over the past couple of years. Go ahead and blame it on covid or whatever, but these people are now rude and just don't care about their community. It takes forever to pick up prescriptions, and now the pharmacist has days where she doesn't even care to come to work, so people's vaccines get canceled without any notice. It was also canceled on this past Saturday, that the store decided to call within 15 minutes of the appointment. I hate to think that I have to switch from this store that my family, especially my late mom, used for many many years and had a relationship with the former employees. My mother would be ashamed of how this pharmacy operates now.

I only went to this Walgreens or any Walgreens one time probably within the last 5 years. The time I went here was a pretty good experience but I did notice the prices were a bit high

Came here to get a passport photo and the lady at the photo center was on her cell phone when we first arrived as there were two other people in front of us. I believe her name was Lordy or something. Then she went to the back and came back out 5 minutes later. She came back out and we asked if passport photos were taken here. She told us yes but come back at 2:00pm. We informed her we couldn't wait that long because we have an appointment time to meet, so she informed it would be 20 minutes. Instead of helping us she started to call people over from the checkout line near the front instead, not sure why. Thank god the young lady named Aliyah came in, she immediately came in and helped me get my photo taken and printed finally. What could have been a quick 5-10 minute process took roughly an hour or so. Glad I don't have to come back to this location again for any reason.

This Walgreens is located at the South Cobb Drive and Windy Hill intersection. I pass by this location almost daily, but am usually a CVS type of guy, but recently swung in on my way home to inquire into photo printing and to pick up a few things. The first thing I noticed at this location is that they are not stocked very well. Several aisles seemed to be in disarray and had quite a few empty spots. The OTC medication that I came in search of was sadly one of the items that were out. Service was also lackluster here. I can remember when Walgreens was the go-to spot for quick service and major pharmacy brands, but the last few, including this location, has shown there has been a clear shift in that dynamic through condition of the stores and poor service. My experience here was one where I felt like I was a bother by being a customer. The associate at the front had zero time for my questions relating to products and such. There was no one working the floor, so I naturally directed my inquiry to them...that was a mistake. I feel like I legit left the store with less information than I had when I arrived. They were unconcerned with helping at all. I had two items in hand and after the interaction, I simply left them at the register and decided to swing by the Kroger up the street. Overall, this Walgreens is off of my list for spots for anything at all. Ill go back to my go-to brand from here on out.

I had appointment for Covid test at 1:15 today. I arrived at 1 and waited in line at drive through for 20 minutes. confirmation said arrive 5 minutes early and have documentation ready. I waited at window with my docs displayed on car window. At 1:24 the employee said what time was appointment? I replied and showed her confirmation. she then left window, got paperwork, took my license and I thought proceeding to get test materials. just before 1:30 she slapped a sign in wind

Tried getting passport pictures done here and was told all their systems didn't work, but it was obvious they didn't want to deal with it. Just like ordering a shake at McDonald's...always broken. So don't waste your time

This Walgreens is horrible at 2390 S. Cobb. They don't stock well. The pharmacy is a nightmare. Your medicine is never ready and the tall female pharmacist with all the weave is so rude. She has a very thick accent from somewhere, but she has a habit of screaming at people when she is overwhelmed. You can request a refill on Monday and on Friday, it won't be ready. It is an old and dated location. Please go elsewhere.

Pharmacy: By and far the, bar none, no hyperbole, the slowest Walgreens I've seen in my life. The first time I came I assumed it was a fluke, but I've waited around 20 minutes. It doesn't matter if you're inside or the drivethrough. I don't want to blame the pharm techs because they seem to always be alone, so I blame management. Nobody should be put in that situation, it's employee abuse.

Love this store!! Donnie is our fav worker he helped us out a lot when we needed it the most!! Donnie needs a raise because he really deserves it
