Have been trying to reach them to cancel a policy for 3 days via voice mail and e-mail (undeliverable) with no reply. I understand the owner has passed away from a previous review. My condolences on your loss. Is this business still open?

UPDATED 8/29/23 - After my bad review, I was finally able to get a response from Waggoner stating that Jason had passed away. ? Now I understand why I wasn't getting a response. As I said in my previous review, I'd never had any issues with them until recently. To the Waggoner family, you have my deepest sympathies. And to Ashley, thank you for assisting me with my request. I will be praying for your family during these difficult times.Been with Waggoner for many years. I've had no complaints until the last year or so. Last year when my premiums jumped up almost $600/mo with Grange, and then this past week as I haven't been able to reach them by email or phone to cancel our auto policy. We obtained new auto insurance on July 25th, but since we had paid up our premiums thru 8/11, I wanted to have prior policy cancelled and request a refund. My phone calls have gone to voicemail all week and the emails have gone unanswered with no kickbacks of "undelivered." I noticed another reviewer had complaints of "no contact" about 3 weeks ago, and I don't know of any phone or Internet issues that take a month to resolve. So, what's really going on & should we find another agent?

Vicki has been my insurance agent for at least a decade and I couldn't be more pleased. I trust her knowledge and expertise completely. Upon returning to Georgia she did advise me that I could get a better price going with other agencies but I chose not to do that. I decided I would rather pay extra knowing that I was going to get the best possible attention and customer service from her. I knew that she was going to look out for me in the short and long run and get the very best prices/quotes for me and she has done just that.

I have been a Waggoner customer for over 15 years and have always been incredibly pleased with my service! Vicki and Jason are extremely professional and prompt. And they always make sure we save money! I highly recommend using Waggoner. I feel like they have been beside me for many of my major life decisions... car purchases, marriage, home... and I know that my family has been in very capable hands!

I am so happy to write this review.I want to give "KUDOS" to Vicky @ Waggoner Insurance. Vicky has been a tremendous blessing in our lives for years. She is so knowledgeable about all our insurance needs, always gets us the best rates for Home/Auto. She explains everything very thoroughly and is really a very very nice lady.
