I bought a car here recently and want to give a huge shoutout to Jamie Sheriff. Jamie was awesome in the car buying process and I could tell that he wanted to do what was best for me as the customer. Jamie and Wade also do not just end the relationship once you buy; Jamie has followed up with me just to make sure I am still enjoying the car and keeps his word on things he needs to get back to me on. The car itself (2025 Ford Explorer) has been awesome to drive and I genuinely look forward to each time I drive it.

I am blown away by the level of customer services the services department has shown me.
I dropped off my vehicle on the 5th of September, at 7:30 AM, right as they open. I waited until the 9th to call in to get an update on what is going on with my vehicle. No response. I call back in on the 10th, no response. I call back in on the 11th. No response, But i guess I said the magic words because I finally got a manager to give me a call back that told me I would be getting an update on that day.
Lo and behold, I get a call quoting me what the problem is. I will admit, I did a miss a call back from them on the 12th, attempted to call back and get in touch with my service advisor, no luck there. Called back a few more times and got someone on the line that could process my approval for the work.
At this point wade ford has had my car for a week.
I give it a few more days, as I know they need to perform the work on it, no big deal, things are moving its all good.
Waited until the 16th to call in again, just again, for an update, "hey when is the expected date the car will be ready". Nah, getting that answered is just to difficult for this department. I am truly blown away by how bad the service is. Im not calling in demanding they give me half off and get it done the second I call back in, I have stated, "Just wanting to know what the ETA for the car is going to be" but I guess talking to a service advisor is just not something you can get done easily here.
When I called in on the 16th. no response, got told my advisor would give me a call back that day, but the part I ordered was on the way. They had ordered it on the 12th, no they couldnt tell me when the part was expected to arrive.
I called back in on the 17th. No response and the run around, got told my advisor would call me, still no call.
Called back in on the 18th, no response but got told my advisor would call me. Fast forward to about 6:20 PM on the 18th. Tried calling in, got put on hold, hold cycled for about 10 minutes asking if I wanted to leave a message or wait for an advisor. kept telling it I would wait for an advisor. My call disconnected, I called back in at about 6:35. Got told that services was closing so no one could take my call, but my service advisor would call me.
Tomorrow makes 2 weeks since I dropped off my car. I have had more conversations with the help line telling me an advisor would call me, then I have had actually talking to an advisor to get a rough estimate on when my car will be ready.
I just dont understand how trying to get an idea of, "hey do you guys have an idea of when my car will ready?" is a question that is this difficult to get answered.
Dont do it, im telling yall there are better shops. Each time ive gone to this place its gotten a little bit worse, but there are some problems ive taken to them to deal with to get it dealt with right, but this customer service is so bad, I will not be using them again. I am floored with how bad it is.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Dropped my vehicle off for service that would “only take 1 or 2 days” after a week of them having my vehicle I still haven’t received a call to give any kind of update or to say it was finished. I had to also call three days in a row to finally get in touch with somebody to tell me that it was completed the day before when I went and picked the vehicle up, the person who initially said they were going to help me left for lunch without doing anything finally there was somebody to bring my vehicle around and print off a piece of paper saying I was good to go. They did fix the issue, but the entire ordeal was terrible. The girl that answered the phone from the parts department her name is Leah was very helpful and the new parts and service manager Fred Hunter was also very helpful everyone else useless

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO WADE FORD. 2 weeks ago I dropped my vehicle off at Wade Ford for service. The advisor (who did NOT give me his name OR any paperwork) told me the master technician was not able to look at the car that day but could look at it the next day. I left my car there and arranged a rental as I am in a new city for my job with no backup vehicle. It has been 15 days with zero communication. I have called and spoken to a rep multiple times who says I will be called back with an update, but no one has ever called. Strongly considering just picking up my vehicle and taking it elsewhere. I understand long wait times but the lack of communication is unacceptable. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO WADE FORD.

My car is having transmission issues.
It was at Wade Ford for an entire week a few weeks back, they said my car was fine. I picked it up, I noticed my car was still making a concerning noise. I took it to a mechanic who was able to diagnose the issue (it’s coming from the transmission), and they stated since my car is still under warranty it would be easier to get it fixed through a Ford dealership. The mechanic said that this has been an issue with my type of car all last year, but you’d never know because the service people at Wade Ford looked at me like I had 3 heads when I told them.
It’s now back at Wade Ford, I let them know that my car is having transmission issues, and I’m not picking the car back up until the noise and shaking of my car is fixed.
I am unsure who my last service advisor was but my current advisor’s name is Edd Pineda.
I dropped my car off last Monday, Edd said I could call in Thursday to get an update, I’ve called 5 times and it’s now been 7 days, no update, no one will call me back.
I need my car, and at the very least I need an update. Asking for an update after 5 days is not asking for too much. If it’s going to take three months I better be getting a call every week with an update, there needs to be progression. Otherwise tell me your shop doesn’t have the capacity to do the job and let me know what Ford service department can help me fix this issue and get my car back within two months…
A little over two years ago, the same year I bought this car my engine blew, my car was at the Ford dealership in Marietta for three months. Same issue that’s happening now.
Once I get my car fixed and pay it off, when it’s time to get a new car. I will never buy a Ford again.
I warned the person who took a message today that I would be leaving a bad review if I didn’t hear back from someone today, and here we are.
I never heard back, so here is your 1 star review Wade Ford.
This is beyond ridiculous. I’m not asking for magic to be done, I’m simply asking for you to take small steps weekly to get my car fixed weekly and to keep me in the loop so my car isn’t sitting in your shop until Christmas. In the meantime I’m paying insurance, a car note, and have no ways of transportation.
Once my car is fixed this time around, I would have had this car for 3 years, 6 months out of the three years, I’ve been carless. Because sadly I bought a lemon from the start and no one at Ford wants to make it right. They cannot even give me weekly updates??? 6 months paying on a car with no transportation is outrageous that’s about $3k down the drain. The least Ford could do is give me a rental car at an extremely discounted rate, or free. But no they want this experience to be difficult, well if that’s how Ford does business after this car runs its course I will never buy another Ford again.
If you buy a 7 year old car with less than 40k miles and the engine blows within a couple months. I take care of my car maintenance wise, fluids, tires, oil change, and the transmission needs replacement before three years. It’s a lemon. Yet people at Ford will look at me like I’m crazy saying, “all cars have problems” I’ve had 4 cars and NONE of those cars had these many issues. Also, I have never had such poor experiences with service departments. Ford in Marietta and now Wade Ford.
Fix my car in a timely manner, or you know, call me back after 7-8 days when I’ve called in 5 times asking for some kind of update… and maybe I’ll remove this review. ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️
If I do not hear back with an update by tomorrow morning, tomorrow evening I will be by to pick my car up to take it elsewhere to get repaired. I don’t care if I have to pay extra. The service department was excellent. They were well prepared for the appointment, ready to take action on the issue, and resolved the problem with my Mustang Mach E with a positive outcome. Based on this experience, we plan to switch to Wade Ford as our new service dealership. Ayodele Dawson was our service advisor who made this great experience happen.

The worse experience with a auto repair shop ever.I recently got my car repaired it was having transmission issues again after my insurance company already shelved out 7,000 dollars for a previous transmission repair performed by Wade Ford in Dec 2023.It wasn't even a year after that repair when my transmission starting to overheat again took it back to the shop and was told none of the current issues are under warranty. I was forced to pay an additional 1400 dollars for clutches etc.I picked up my car on 7/31/24.It started over heating again on 8/6 not even a week after the repair.I noticed my coolant level was low and assumed that was the issue.A hour or two later my car is overheating again. I noticed that the coolant was leaking badly.I immediately contacted Sean Dunlap and informed him that I have a leak and it was NOT having the issue before they repaired my vehicle. He assured me he would get to the bottom of the issue.We took the vehicle back up to the service department only yo be told this is a different ossue and it would be an additional 900-1400 dollars to repair! He even stated "to ducktape the problem it'll be 900 dollars.I just spent 1400 dollars the car was NOT having any other issues before your service department worked on my car.They wouldnt even ductape it for free as a courtesy. I know for a fact my car had no leaks previously. I'm not sure why they do such bad work and are never held accountable. The service managers and supervisors don't care about doing honest business. They would rather scam their female customers.Im so hurt because I spent 1400 dollars not to mention the previous transmission repair that was 7 ,000 dollars .They are scammers and horrible people.

Just bought a 2024 Mustang EcoBoost in Oxford White yesterday the new car sales manager and everybody else there were the best people they helped you out in any way they offered you water anything you needed they would do it this is the best place to go Wade Ford they will take care of you like you're a king or a queen.
