Wonderful experience. I was able to continue to work from home and handle this important errand right in my driveway. I don't think I will return for service like an oil change to the lot. This is perfect. The tech was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable in reference to my other questions.

Worst service experience I've ever had. I wanted to bring my truck that I purchased new 2 weeks before for service. I scheduled a service appointment online for Friday morning. On the Friday morning the service advisor called and told me that they would need to keep my truck over the weekend and it would probably be ready on Tuesday. Basically said it was my fault for choosing a Friday appointment and there are no loaner/rental cars. I asked for a manager and they never called me back.

I did call the Wade Ford Service center. The Service Manager was busy at the time, but I spoke with an advisor Kelsey. She listened patiently to my situation and promptly set me up a new appointment to have my truck serviced and one of the recall updates done.She came out and picked it up personally, and returned it to me in less than 2 hours.They could only do one of the recalls because the part for the other one still wasn't in.She promised she would keep a watch for the part and let me know when it is available and would make an appointment to get it done in the next couple of weeks.I still can't give the full 5 stars because they did drop the ball the first time.If I could, I would give Kelsey 5 stars. She was polite, professional, courteous and genuinely concerned that there was a problem to begin with.Thank you Kelsey, you have no idea how much stress getting this taken care has relieved me of.

I went there for a oil change & a tire rotation. The lady who helped me was very pleasant and willing to answer any questions I had. The service was performed very fast. I would definitely go back to them if I am ever in the area again.Service: Oil change

We were excited to try Wade because of the good reviews, but unfortunately we've not had a great experience so far. They have had our car for over a week and they are just now diagnosing one of the issues. They said that they would not get to the other issue for at least 4 more days. I'm not sure how that level of inefficiency is even possible. Additionally, it is extremely difficult to get ahold of someone there. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered a 2024 Mustang GT back in August and it was delivered to Wade Ford on 0ct. 11th…I took possession of it that same day. Tony who took my order in August and walked me through the purchasing process once it was delivered. The entire process was top tier even with a Red bow on top of the car. Got free oil changes worked into the deal. I’m honestly ecstatic about my car and I would definitely go back to Wade Ford in the future. THANKS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!

Wade Ford exceeded my expectations. Reasonable price for a Sync/APIM diagnosis after I was having issues with my vehicle’s touchscreen. Drove in with no appointment and was seen the same day. Technician did the repair without charging me for unnecessary replacement parts, he actually advised against it. Service advisor was knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with Ford dealers trying to upsell unneeded maintenance, but the folks at Wade Ford seem to be doing a good and honest job. Will be back for more regular service to my vehicle!
