Best place to get replacement car keys without going to the dealer. My Honda key was $200 cheaper than the dealer! Cutting the key and programming included at Vickery Hardware. Owned by a woman since 1950. Even have a Free Lending Library on site. Super helpful staff. No need for a big box store. Shop local and friendly?

Unbelievably rude staff!! This poor woman (who I overheard say has a newborn at home) was berated in front of the entire store after they gave away her online pick-up order to some random person! They offered her a replacement in the wrong color (apparently it was a birthday gift and she needed the color she actually ordered...imagine that.) AND THEN the male employee accused her of trying to get free stuff when she asked for a refund instead! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. It was disgusting. I will not be shopping here again, and if you plan to, don't EVER expect them to right a wrong. Not without humiliating you first.
