Thankful I was able to find this place near me with reasonable prices, passed down the message to my brother so he can get his quote. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful, he knows his customers by name which says a lot.

I have been with this company for years and for some reason the past few experiences with dealing with them has been very unprofessional. I just called to get my policy number and new due date and amount due (with the s cobb location) because I got a new car and the lady told me a different amount quoted. She stated because I didn’t verify I had previously had issuance which I had with them so I was confused. I’m not understanding why they couldn’t tell them I was with them and provide whatever it was they needed to keep me insured. She said it could be fixed. I asked what would the price be when fixed and she went off on me saying the original price you were quoted. I told her that’s why I called I don’t remember the amount. She told me have a nice day and hung up. I called back twice and she would not answer the phone. She text msged me my policy number. I have never had any issues as bad as this one but because she wouldn’t answer to at least give me a number to someone else or handle what I called for I have no other choice but to leave a review. If you don’t care about the customer who do you care about? Scary and sad
