Not the best customer service experience. I have had much better service in my home state of Alabama. Going forward they need to practice acknowledging customers as soon as they pull up to their establishment instead of having you wait for a long period of time in line.

So professional! Like the Chick-fil-A of oil changes. The assistant manager was so helpful and friendly. Had an oil change and tire rotation and will definitely return. I’ve been twice and each time they asked me if I had any coupons and to check the website for coupons. Friendly and fast!

Honesty, really good service. I called for pricing and the person I talked to was very helpful on what kind of oil my car could use. It was quick to get in and the person doing my oil change, Trent, was very kind. I never felt pressured to buy and the way they broke down the various services my car might need was very informative. I felt taken care of and wish I could have seen more of their name tags to thank more of them in this review.

What can I say about the employees at this location other than they were all AWESOME. I have gone to a few VIOC locations here in Georgia and they have all been decent and got the job done. This locations however went above and beyond. I think every person in the location said hi or greeted me in one way or another. They were truly all very polite professional and nice. Could not say enough nice things about them.

Quick, super professional, super friendly! I've been waiting for this location to open since moving to the area. I've gone to Valvoline for oil changes for years in other states and this location upheld the standard I'm used to. Highly recommend. Thanks Britton, Quincy, and Kelsey!
