$3.98 cents to print a shipping label you've GOT to be kidding me. It only costs .25 or less to print a piece of paper if you dont "call it" a shipping label. Get real guys, this is a $1.00 service back home in Utah.

Closed (locked doors and gated counter) ~10min before posted closing time of Sunday at 4pm. I lose trust if you don't follow what's posted publicly. Update your public closing times to 3:45pm (or earlier, depending on when you actually close), or stick to your word.

I prepaid UPS for a shipment of expensive laptops. They refused to sign the document I needed signed for the declared value. Kept saying they don’t work for UPS lol. I understand the liability issue and needing to have a delivery driver sign however, they immediately turned down my request to have them hold onto the document and I pick it up later after the driver signed it.Went to another store nearby and what do you know, they worked with me and didn’t make me wait on the driver. Manager took my email to scan the signed document to me later. Saving me time after a long day.

One of the younger guys that works here is the worst. I’ve had him a couple times and I’ve always had a bad experience. Last time I was here to print and he didn’t even print all my pages. I’m glad I double checked before driving off, I had to go back inside and tell him. Today I had him again and he kept spelling the info on my labels wrong - there was a line of people waiting so this wasn’t the time to be messing up or moving with no sense of urgency. Then he told me that one of my labels couldn’t be sent through UPS when the merchant literally told me to go to UPS (UGG USA). ALSL. I sent one of my labels to the email before I even got there to be more efficient and he told me he couldn’t find the email and to send it again. So I sent it again and he made me wait to the side while he took care of like 5 other customers, only for him to tell me he still couldn’t find the email. He then asked me to try to send it using the company computer and before I could even get logged in he goes, “I found it”. Not a lot of professionalism and not personable or helpful at all. Seems like he’s just there riding the clock. Hate it here.

I highly recommend this store. They efficiently and effectively handle a high volume of customers day to day in a most professional manner. My go to store in the Cumberland area for the past seven years.

DO NOT GO HERE. They have no type of customer service at this store. I was supposed to be getting fingerprinted for work. I made two appointments through fieldprint to get finger printed at this store because the fingerprints were supposed to be separate and sent to different entities. When I came in for my first appointment the UPS worker said that they could do both that day and that I didn’t need my second appointment. My employer called and said that the second fingerprint wasn’t received. I called the store to see if they could squeeze me in because their associate made a mistake and when I called someone answered was very rude hung up on me and basically told me it was my fault and that I should call corporate. Disrespectful and no customer service on a situation THEY created. I can’t even start my job on time because of them.

Very unprofessional carefree customer service. They almost lost my package with my original ID in it and would refuse to take appropriate action to see why my package hadn’t gotten delivered ( while my shipment had gotten stuck for 10 days needing more information from the store to get sent). After a week of me being patient and calling them they finally helped me find my package but still would ignore their fault. They acted very entitled and I absolutely do NOT recommend this store.

I wish it was possible to leave zero stars. I was denied coverage on a package shipped to a client that I packed WITH an employee. When the package arrived the item was completely destroyed and will cost nearly $1100 to fix. The reason for denied coverage stated, "cause the shipper did not meet the packaging requirements."Why even take my money for insurance knowing that the package would not meet requirements?Smells like fraud.

Went in to have some documents notarized. The notary was very friendly and helpful. I have sent multiple packages from this location and have had great service. Will definitely use this location in the future.
