I believe it depends on what you are bringing in to get unloaded. Today I had a trailer full of water. Appt was set for 630. I went to the receiver by door 12 that had the black sign. Unknowing that the receiver door that I needed for my particular load is by dock door 27. At that door they do start receiving at 7am.

Don’t come before your appointment these people were sitting around but won’t unload you before appointments….

Very nice person in Receiving office. But the review that says they'll take you early is a lie. It's by appointment time only. But very very friendly staff.
