Had a simple return and the wait was quite long. There were ladies behind the counter laughing and doing nothing meanwhile a sweet lady named Shelley or maybe Shelby (?) was so sweet! She was taking everyone in line and had patience with slow customers and had a great smile. Shelley you carried the experience today thank you!! You rock <3

Very disappointed with Ulta stylist Stephaine, I came in to purchase hair products. She approach with a sale pitch on stream treatment for $35 Then she ask me when the last I had a trim. Stepahine cut my healthy hair off, without my consent. After questioning her on the price and why she cut, my hair.I requested ends trimmed only. She insisted on stating that Ultra trims are hair cuts.
She became disrespectful and unprofessional. She did not style my hair and charged me $82 for a uneven cut
More Importantly she did not give me the full service, according to Ultra price list, which was listedi n beauty salon price book.
I am so disappointed, because I was sick and my hair just started growing back and she cuts it off, after I told her my hair had fallen out. Ulta needs to take these concerns seriously. She is not a professional stylist and doesn't not care about customer hair. It's all about sales.

Longest waits for curbside pick up. They never come out and don’t answer the phone. You have to to inside after waiting over 10+ minutes. Horrible customer service.

Store overall was a mess. One aisle was completely closed with carts full of merchandise. Lots of merchandise on the floor in its boxes. But staff was so nice so I don’t think it’s a 5 star nor is it a 1 star. Would probably try it again one more time.

The shelves are NEVER stocked. They never have testers, so you’re forced to waste a ton of money on makeup that won’t match your skin. I came in to return a foundation and the manager, EMMA was extremely rude! The computers were down & she pretended that she wasn’t able to give me an exchange on the product, telling me I had to pay $22 for a new one. That’s NOT their policy! I’m supposed to be able to return an item and receive the proper one. Maybe if they had testers in the store, I would have been able to get the proper shade the first time. EMMA needs to go back through training and learn the policies. This location is a waste of time and energy.

I was sent here on a quest from my girlfriend to retrieve black nail polish and something called “setting powder”. Not knowing at all how to go about finding either successfully, I asked Melissa who greeted me. She was fantastic!!! She led me right to what I needed and verified I had the right items. It’s fair to say that she was my setting powder that day (still clueless about what that does but my girlfriend was happy with my trip)
