NEVER AGAIN!! Wish I read the reviews before I went :( my bad. The moment i sad no to the expensive spa manicure the technician became nasty. She almost cut me 3x and was looking around the room while CUTTING my cuticles and nails. Painful experience all around...definitely will not go again. EVERY toe is a different shape...she butchered my toes ?

I rarely get my nails done so I’m pretty easy to please, but their nail tech nearly cut me with the nail clips so many times I had to request that he didn’t use any sharp objects on my feet. As you see, the right toe is much shorter than the left. I told the guy up front, and he mentioned he would tell the tech to be careful. That was the extent of his assistance with the matter. So I paid full price for uneven (and sensitive) toenails. Idk if this was a new tech, but someone needs to be reviewing his work and his ability to handle sharp tools before he hurts someone. He was kind, but not very competent unfortunately. Very disappointed.

If you’re looking for a pedicure with an amazing massage Holly is your girl. She does an excellent job. She takes her time and she is so incredibly kind. Anna does my SNS nails - she has a great personality and does great work. They are the best and I enjoy going to Top Nails in Smyrna to see them. You can tell that their customers are important to them.

After a tiring workday, I decided to treat my daughters to a pedicure and manicure. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we weren't greeted promptly, and it took a while before we were attended to. During my manicure, the technician was rough, despite my repeated requests for gentler treatment. I tipped and left, feeling dissatisfied. When I asked for slides for my daughter, the response was dismissive, further adding to the disappointing experience. The manager's response to my feedback was indifferent, leaving me with NO desire to return to the establishment.

I got the dip on my natural nails. My nails started cracking on day 3. At day 5 each one that cracked had chipped. I called and told the shop that I didn’t think this should be happening. Especially not evening a week after getting them done. They took my number stand stated the owner will contact me. I’ve been calling and no one is answering. My first and last time there. I event tipped my guy ten for doing my nails

So disappointed my nails were uneven and misshaped not to mention extra thick acrylic application. I asked the gentleman to file down but he kept telling me he has it as to hush me up. I will never go back!!

My last time coming here. I politely asked the nail tech to clean up one of my nails because it was uneven. She fussed at me like I was a 5 year old child. She had an attitude the entire time. Then got up and left my nails wet and said someone else will come. Horrible. Idk why they have these rude ladies working with the public. Absurd!!

I had a disappointing experience at Top Nails. I requested a simple gel removal without any additional services, yet they failed to cut my nails, soak my feet, or address cuticles. The nail buffing was subpar and they still charged me $50. Their pricing doesn't align with the lackluster service. I suggest exploring alternatives, like the salon near Vinings, where you'll find better value for your money.

One of the worst places I’ve been . Rude, and nasty. Multiple customers complained while i was in there as well. I Won’t be back! My nails were $48 the Guy charged me $5 to add tips & $5 for design but my total was $68. Where did the extra $10 come from ? Since they over charged me I DID NOT TIP. My toes were pretty but she didn’t massage just moisturized my legs. I tip very well and am a licensed esthetician and nail tech . They violated many regulations. Go somewhere where you’ll get your money worth. The price they changed me at this location was an insult . Joy nails across the street is the BETTER OPTION

Asked for a soak off multiple times and they instead popped my acrylic nails off - I should have left. Saying a soak off would take too long and be messy (Ended up being there for an hour anyway). Left with my nails broken, sensitive and weak.

Service bad and when you complain the manager was rude. My daughter hhad to have her mani pedi done over because girl was sloppy and didnt know what she was doing and he said we shouldn't talk in front of girl
