Wesley and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made me feel like I was thier top priority as a client, from the personal service to the weekly updates on where we were in the process. This was my 4th time working with lenders to either purchase or refinance a home, and by far the best experience to date with any lender. I definitely recommend Wes and his team to get you to the closing table! Everyone I worked with on the team was friendly, professional, reliable, and easily accessible. They all made the process convenient and worked efficiently with underwriter's requests for me. I completed the entire process online and got the clear to close in less than 30 days! The compliment from the closing attorney about the outstanding interest rate was icing on the cake:)

I met Wesley Murphy of Cross Country Mortgage a few years ago. At the time that I met him, I didn't know then, how much I would appreciate that introduction. Wesley and the staff at Cross Country went above and beyond when I finally found my forever home. They were there for me through every step. When things got crazy and I started to get discouraged and thought the we might not make it to closing, We and his team were there to help me understand and encourage me, as well as remind me, this is for my forever home and it was going to be alright. He and his staff became a part of the family. They also treat me like a very good friend. If i were to ever need a mortgage company again, I would definitely call on Wes and his team. I will tell anyone who maybe in the need of a mortgage company to call Cross Country Mortgage and ask for Wesley Murphy, you will never regret contacting him and his team. The Murphy team gets the job done. If Wes tells you that he can close the loan, be rest assured that the loan will close. I have no bad experience yet and do not look forward to having one. I refer most of my clients to him for mortgage loan. Wes will tell you if a buyer is not quite ready instead of wasting your time and he does not mind advising on what is needed to get the buyer ready to purchase a home. I have no regret doing business with Wes Murphy.
