I scheduled an initial visit with this chiropractic service for a 3pm visit. I arrived a few minutes early and filled out digital paperwork. After 25 minutes I was still sitting in the waiting room as if I were a walk-in. I politely asked the receptionist to cancel my appointment since it was taking so long. I guess I’ve been spoiled by my regular chiropractor and my healthcare providers with being timely. I did not feel as if my time was respected with Joint Chiropractic.

I came in for the first time with lower back/hip pain. I'm 3 weeks into my 6 week plan and I can honestly feel a significant difference. I will continue to choose The Joint and recommend their service to friends and family!

The staff is truly outstanding and Dr. Milton is exceptional. This was my first chiropractic experience and to be honest I was super scared, but the staff and Dr. Milton made me feel at ease. Great location, staff, and over all experience. Thank you ?

This place worked miracles for my pain. My upper back and shoulders locked up and I wasn't able turn my neck. Going to my 1st session, I instantly got relief. They setup a plan of action for me that has allowed me to get back to normal. I would recommend this place to anyone because they are very friendly and attentive to all your needs.

Update: I was called by the management and they have rectified the issue. I thank them for their understanding. Good service.I was informed by front desk that I am on a month to month plan and can cancel anytime. However the CONTRACT said it was 2 month commitment. It was not informed by front desk either. It feels like cheating or scam. Guys please be aware of this.

The absolute BEST Joint Chiropractic location that I've ever visited. It's more aesthetically pleasing and the Chiropractors seem to really take their time with providing quality adjustments. I plan on only going to this location in the future.

Awesome first visit! Jessica, the front desk representative, is personable and kind. This is very much appreciated. I love The Joint I was introduced to them while in Lincoln, NE now that I'm back in NYC I have to drive to Hoboken, NJ for there aren't any in NYC. Recently I've been in Atlanta and have tried a few locations Smyrna is great but the best is Midtown or any where Dr. Boyd Igbo can be found. dr Boyd is the best. I'm officially seeing him on a weekly bases.

I was able to be seen with a great consultation as I had a crook in my neck for a couple of days. With my adjustment I feel so much better.
