Very professional customer service and service. The technician did an exceptional job and took his time inspecting my 2019 Mercedes S560 4matic The service advisor was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the process and letting me know how it worked. I drove 30 minutes from Fairburn to get this alignment and I’m satisfied. Will definitely go back when needed. At the end of the service he showed me the print out and the corrections that were made. Great place great team. Thanks guys!

I found this place on Google while looking for somewhere to get my car aligned, I figured I'd give them a chance.
To say my experience was awesome would be an understatement. The gentleman aligning your wheels means business. He's definitely not taking his time like a lot of other shops, he's making things happen for you the customer.
The gentleman at the front desk is definitely knowledgeable about vehicles, has an awesome personality, and goes as far as to explain where your car was and the changes they made. This will help you understand what to expect out of your vehicle.
I will 100% go back if I ever need an alignment, and definitely will recommend others in the area to visit.

I came here to get an alignment on my 2014 Honda Civic Si. Had some issues that they told me about and were able to fix. These guys definitely know what they are doing. And the pricing is very reasonable. The customer service is top notch.

I came to this shop because I was told my Nissan pathfinder needed an alignment. The two guys advised me that the problem I was having with my car wasn’t due to an alignment…they went over and beyond trying to help me figure it out. They didn’t provide me a service not needed to get my money. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Thank you guys!

Went to this business for a simple alignment. Carlton took me out in the bay and stated I had 4 bad tires, bad valve cover gasket, broken right engine mount and dry rot CV joint. Over $1200 worth of work. I took my car back for the engine mount over $300 worth of work...
But I took my car for a second opinion and my mechanic said you have "One" bad tire and there's nothing wrong with your car....we went and talked to Carlton and he changed his story and lied right to my face. We took all of our vehicles to the previous owners and thought we could still trust them. Please don't take your cars to this place because their full of lies and are gonna take your money even if your car doesn't need it. Liars!!!

My experience here was great! The customer service was fantastic! I don’t know anything about cars, but Carlton was great at explaining everything and very detailed in letting me know what they were doing. I went in for an alignment but ended up not needing one and they still fixed the issue of my car pulling to the right. Really pleased with everything and I will definitely be back for more services from here. Thank you again! ?

I had a great experience here! I loved that they had the alignment prices posted. They took the time to explain the test and all my options. I added on an oil change that was done in the blink of an eye. I loved that they quoted me before starting and I didn’t have a surprise bill at the end.

Best customer service experience ever for a four wheel alignment!
Mr. Carlton was not only extremely verbally detailed with his intellect. He combined it with being as cordial with absolutely everybody else I witnessed either waiting for service or as customers readily poured in!
Great ambassador of his brand! A thank you to the skillful technician that masterfully took care of my daily car as well.
The alignment was badly needed and it did wonders to the feel of the car.
Lastly, I must also thank this business for recognizing military and without even asking for one, a discount!
