Hours online said they were open. Went to check it out. Owner was not present. Told me via a ring doorbell he’d be there in 20 min. 40 min later nothing. This place is a joke and the owner seems to have lost a lot of drive and isn’t motivated enough to take care of customers

I read some reviews about rudeness and unprofessionalism from the owner and today I was shocked to see it was absolutely true. I called the number to inquire about the club and schedule a lesson, and this man who i assume is the owner asks me why i'm calling him on a sunday and that i should've called him on monday when they're open. brother, if you're gonna be that upset about customer inquiries over the weekend, then don't fucking pick up in the first place. hire a damn receptionist that can do that job for you if you're gonna be so disgusted at your potential new clients. 100% unprofessional and honestly surprising how someone at that level can behave that way. anyways, i could barely ask him any other questions as he proceeded to hang up on me and honestly just disappointed.

Been going here for awhile. Not only can I learn from the students who are very skilled but the trainer and owner Manu is world class professional. Love the environment. I train hard and have fun when I got to Manu's gym.

If it were possible to give this gym 0 stars I would. It doesn't even deserve 1 star!! I called in advance to ask about pricing and to get details about the offered classes. The person who picked up identified himself as the owner and would not give me any details about pricing. He told me to arrive 15 minutes before a boxing class and he would discuss the details with me. After our discussion I now know why he doesn't discuss pricing over the phone. A whopping $340 startup fee before you've even had a chance to try out the gym!! You have to pay $30 just to try out a class if you're thinking about joining!! On top of that, you're not allowed to wear your own gear if you have it. You have to wear the gyms clothes even if you've already brought your own....

Called to ask for informations about their program and guy said I don't have time and hung up. What a joke this place is ? this is a scam, this guy was never a fighter before, because if he was he would know the meaning of respect. Or maybe he was a fighter and never won a single fight so he’s taking out his anger on clients.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called as a very serious customer who is ready to dedicate the time and money it takes to learn Mixed Martial Arts. The person who answered was very unprofessional and I assume is the owner. They didn’t state the name of the business so I had to ask if I was calling Manu MMA.I advised that I have never trained before but was very interested and wanted to get some information about classes. He said just come in, I advised that I lived 45 minutes away but would like to support his business. I asked if I could get an estimated price and how many days could I train. Again, he said just come in.I was very polite to the person and asked if I could at least know a ballpark of prices because I live by the airport and it would not be ideal for me to drive 45 minutes to the location just for pricing. He gave a ballpark figure and contract lengths which was 3 months or 1 year.I had an additional question and he was rushing me off the phone and said I was wasting his time. As a potential customer who was very serious about joining, I felt very offended. My mood then changed and I said F U if this is how you treat your customers. He responded back with profanity saying F me and called me the N word. This entire convo was only 2 minutes. This is no way to treat current or potential customers. The owner should be ashamed of himself and should never disrespect someone by calling them the N word.

You have to wear the gym’s clothes to take a class which means you have to have a collection of his shirts and trunks in order not have to wash your clothes every other day. Also, I have trained at many places and coaches of varying pedigrees and I have never been anywhere where sparring happens before stretching. A very odd place
