I had a very poor experience with this shop, went in for a new battery, then I get a call from them, they say hey you need an oil change and air filters, I say fine go for it.
A few days later I’m looking under my hood and notice my air filter wasn’t close all the way, and the clips had been broken.
Take it back to them and the guy that works the front desk tells me they were already broke, how would he have known they were already broke if he didn’t do the work on my car, and then said we didn’t tell you about because we assumed you already knew!!!!
He just lied to my face and dismissed all of my concerns!!!! Terrible and awful customer service experience!!!!!

Shannon and the techs at this place are great. There was a small drip from my transmission after a service and they got it squared away no questions in less than 15 minutes. It really reflects the pride they take in their work and I will continue to recommend this shop to anyone that asks where they should bring their JDM vehicles.

T3 was recommended by some friends. Very impressed with this auto shop. I took my infinity M35 in there and they did a wonderful job. They fixed my electronic module issues and were very friendly. I’m glad I found them and will only be using them for my infinity going forward.

My Corolla is 18 years old and in great shape, thanks to T3. Women are often taken advantage of by automotive repair people. I have depended on T3 for years, and totally trust them. My next car will be another Toyota just so that I can continue to go to T3.
