Purchased a iPhone 15 yesterday and had a great experience! Jamal, who happened to be the manager was the best! He was insightful, gave me the best advice about which phone I needed based on my usage, he didn't try to sell me the most expensive phone in the store. I really appreciate his honesty! The store had around 30 people in it, I felt like I was the only person there. He made my experience so seamless! Would definitely recommend the Austell T-Mobile to anyone.

I received awesome service at this T-Mobile store yesterday! I recently switched to T-Mobile online and also purchased a new phone but was having trouble transferring my data from my vintage (old worn out) phone to the new device. (My old phone was so worn out that I couldn't even make phone calls.) Oh, I was so dreading having to go inside a store for help....however, employees Rabriele and Frank both were so helpful and resolved all of my issues. They got my data transferred, solved my telephone number porting issue, and answered all of my boomer questions. And Frank even put me in a better rate plan--and I thought I was already in a good plan. He asked about my needs and recommended a plan with a lower cost. I give this store 10 stars!

I have been a long-time Sprint customer and the level of service I experienced at this store has me thinking the level of service that Sprint used to offer is not that of T-Mobile. I'm thinking maybe AT&T would be a better option for me. I broke my phone and went to the closest T-Mobile to see what they could do, I was asked if I had Insurance. I was advised that I had to input all my information into their computer. The person that was supposed to be helping me left and went and helped several other people that came after me. I was lost and didn't understand the process of how this worked. I waited for her to help these other people and then I spoke up. I was told we can give you the number to the Insurance company and you can deal with them. "What is that going to do for me" I'm in the store! The whole process was terrible, what happened to good customer service? I guess since I was not bringing in revenue (buying a new phone) I didn't matter.

I came in on 1/22/2024 around 10am-11am, to get a new phone activated. The guy who helped me was very nice and it was quick and easy. I wish I got his name, thank you sir!

Visited 1/19/24-No professionalism except one guy whose shift just started-(230pm). Use of profanity. Inappropriate personal conversations had in front of customers and they lied to me about a new plan the set me up for. Said if I switched to their new promotion I would save. Ok cool. As long as it doesn't cost me more monthly and I keep my Netflix. Well my bill is $15 more plus I got a $16 charge on my bank stmnt from nextflix and I no longer have a free line. I'M PISSED! They didn't properly explain the plan and what I would be losing or charges I would be gaining if I changed my plan. And not to mention I was in the store for a FULL 1HR just to buy a phone. I did this on my lunch break and I was helped immediately when walking in the door. I was LATE getting back to work because I thought i could easily buy a phone on my lunch break! So all the playing around and unprofessional and time management needs to be addressed in addition to not properly fully explaining plans to customers. They were nice but Very UNprofessional and inappropriate with side conversations in front of customers.

This is the worst t mobile store they are giving me the run around. I am trying to get to get my phone fixed or upgrade to a new phone and they are refusing. I pay for the 360 protection insurance every month and even then they won’t take it! Gave me the run around on why they won’t fix it and sent me to go to a third party or Apple when they all directed me back to T-MOBILE. Stating if I have insurance coverage with them they should handle it. This is after going to the store twice in these past two weeks attempting to upgrade my phone but they refused to take the time to help me stating they had already locked up the phones for the night. The store didn’t close for at least another hour! Horrible service if you have another t mobile store in your area by all means avoid this one! I had to go to this one because it is the only one that is close to me and one that I will be able to get to after I get off of work.

New crew at this location has made a BIG difference! From the store manager, Frank, he helped me from the start to the finish (almost 3hrs). My rep was amazing too, Rebriele (I believe that's how it's spelled). The whole crew were very friendly and welcoming. A new change makes a bid difference.

Jorge “George” was very rude on Sunday evening. It’s advertised online that you all close at 6 pm and when I came up there at 5:52 pm he had the doors locked. I verified with someone over the phone that I could come in and they said yes. Once there he wouldn’t unlock door and shouted that he was closed. I asked how when it’s not even 6 pm yet and he was arguing with me about 5-6 minutes about how it’s closed or how they are about to close. Then finally he told other employee named Mercedes to open door for me he then said you only can pay your bill with card even though I had cash. So I asked for managers number and he said he couldn’t give it to me but after a few minutes he gives me a random online number. They were very unprofessional and rude. I plan on changing services.

Went here on Thursday 7th. Had a great experience. I went to another t-mobile store 10 minutes prior and was disappointed in the service and promptly went to this store. Wasn't having the greatest day but Lyrun(spelling?), Greg and Anna where very pleasant. The three of them make a great team.

Can't really do anything there. Don't have any stock. Said my request was impossible but the Akers Mill store had no problem doing it. 3 customers were there when I arrived and they couldn't help 2 of them. Why does this store exist?

I hate being lied too and misinformed and that is exactly what this location did. The service I received at this location is exactly why I like to deal with corporate stores and not authorized dealers. Poor customer service!!

Every time we go to this location I end up regretting it. They lie to get you to purchase phones/ plans and then when you get your first bill it’s extremely high and hard to understand. Not sure how we have one phone and purchased an upgrade and now we have 3 lines and a bill of 175. Last time I got a tablet from this location and was also ripped off. Not going back
