Horrible experience. I always come with my mom because she genuinely likes this place. The only person who does your nails nice is the Richie. I don’t know the name of the lady but I asked for acrylic and manicure, I was choosing the color and I kept getting rushed and laughed at, I asked for French on my toes and she said I couldn’t get a design because it wasn’t gel. I asked to get my nails done I showed her a picture and everything and she just walked away and did someone else’s acrylic without saying anything. My sister paid attention to her she then laughed and looked at me. Never coming back again. How do y’all want nice tips when you don’t listen to what the customer wants? Gel messes my nails up bad. Please be considerate.

Very skilled staff, great with all services; however after 4+years I will not be retuning due to the lack of respect shown by the staff . Mia , Vivian and Anne continuously talked about customers and laughed in their faces while providing services. Which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
It's very important to be mindful of what you say in front of paying customers, as people are capable of translating multiple languages ! No service is worth blatant disrespect .

I recently started going back to this spot last year,, because the same thing they did to me previously they did again yesterday. I usually go to this spot but I had to give 1 star for last visit. They over charged me. Last visit I got a gel fill-in and a Gel basic pedicure. I used 2 colors as I always do I paid 90.00 then I tip 10.00 total of 100.00. I go this time getting the exact same service just different colors they charged me 105.00. I tried to explain to the lady owner that it's the same exact service from before and I could show her my bank statements of what I pay each month. She tells me things are so expensive now. That has nothing to do with me. I expect to come in and pay the same price I been paying for the years I been coming to you. Very disappointed in this bamboozled act. Looking for a different salon.

I have been going to Super Nails for years for gel manicure and a regular pedicure. My Nail Tech at Super Nails is my favorite Nail Tech (I won't share her name), I love her (my Nail Tech) like family...so I am really sad that I can no longer go to Super Nails or any Nail Shop that used cancer causing products again.
About 5 to 6 weeks ago, I decided to try something a little different and get an overlay with acrylic. Almost immediately I regretted it. At first I thought it was only because of the way another Nail Tech (I don't remember her name) put the tip on my nails. *Keep in mind* I did not want tips, only a thin overlay, but the other Nail Tech insisted. Normally I wait two weeks before coming back to get my nails done but this time, I couldn't wait a week (still not realizing what was happening and think that the other Nail Tech just didn't do a good job). So I went back into the shop to see my favorite Nail Tech to ask her to cut and file down the acrylic, but she could only do so much because of how thick the acrylic was on my nails. So I was recommended to come back in about 10 days to get them soaked off and go back to getting my usual (gel manicure).
Well, I couldn't wait 10 days. I came back in less than a week to get them soaked off. MY NATURAL NAILS ARE GONE! THE ACRYLIC AGGRESSIVELY ATE THROUGH MY NAILS and was starting to eat through my nail bed. The pictured below ??
I highly recommend that you find a natural Nail Salon, that actually cares about their customers health and well-being and not just about money.
P.S. and I am a recent breast cancer survivor! The entire nail shop witnessed my entire journey and acted as if they really care, until this incident. THAT makes it hurt so much more. I am posting this with a heavy heart?
Oh and they still charged me full price and did not even try to compensate me.

Friendly staff. I got a refill and pedicure. While it looks good there is alot of texture and air bubbles, I assume it is because I did not wash my hands before the gel polish was applied because they were doing both services at once. Overall it doesn't look bad.

they do not do a good with doing your nails, i had some nails added to my real nail and my 1 week 4 of the nail broke off, i went back to get the 4 redone and was trying to explain it to the owner that i only had them a week, Bare in mind i was gonna pay to redo them, i spend 115 dollars the pass week with them, His response was he didn’t care that they broke, all he needed to know was what color did i get, he was rude and unprofessional they don’t care about you just your money, i ask the lady to remove everything completely i wasn’t going to give no extra money with the way he behaved, I definitely will not be going back, They also don’t do your nail lengths the same some be longer than some n the polish don’t be covering your entire nails.

This place was very clean very organized and people were very nice. The only thing I can’t be to sure about is acrylic nails. It’s been a long time since I have a had acrylic nails. Due to recently having to quit my job to move to Marietta for my fiancé job, I haven’t been able to spoil myself. Well my best friend comes and sees me this past Sunday and took me to a self care day. Since she was paying I just got acrylic. Well on Thursday the first nail just popped off. It’s Saturday morning and now the second is about to pop off. She did pay 75 for my nails and 4 days later they are starting to come off. Can anyone tell me why this might be. Because like I said I’m going on my 2nd week in Marietta and I don’t work so why are they falling off so easily? So I can go back to give them more money to have it fixed 4 days later. No thank you. Don’t get me wrong the nails look fabulous. But they lasted 4 days.
