READ THE REVIEWS! This is THE WORST Truist branch in the metro area. Why do people still go here?!My wife and I had an appointment at 10am to open a new account and after 15mins of waiting someone came up and said they’d be with us shortly. After another 15mins, that same employee went to the teller counter and no one ever came back to us. We waited until 10:45a and decided to leave. Not a good impression for someone wanting to bring business to your bank. We opted for 5/3 bank nearby instead. Customer service was much better. I’m considering closing my other Truist accounts as well.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I had an appointment with the manager. He just took my passport and driver license but never explained what was going on. After everything was completed he just handed me back my stuff never confirming he was finish until I asked. He didn’t have enough respect to look me the face to let me know he was finished. There was another lady that attempted to help earlier but she was rude as well. This specific bank needs better leadership and a class on professionalism. I am in the customer service profession myself and this bank is 0 out of 10 when it comes to customer service which reflects the other reviews left my other clients.

Very bad service one of agents in the front desk Jamil Lopez was very rude interrupted me saying allow me to talk did not allow me to explain my self spoke over me was very unprofessional I guess because I was in my work close and I did not look to professional it will be nice if we don’t judge people by the way they look but the approach hopefully he gets feed back and don’t be rude or speak over people again very bad service and experience

Had no issue getting a cash advance from Wells Fargo and Regions, literally took 2 mins. Your teller, Jamil. Somehow had an issue with my ID and card which gave me no issue 30mins prior.He asked for more forms of ID, i provided.Still he said he couldnt verify.I asked what he needed to verify since i have given him 2 separate ID's and 2 credit cards and 1 debit all with my name.So he couldnt answer my question and told me to sit down and he will call me up.Waited for over an hour, 2 different rotations or customers came into the bank. Dude.I had to go in line myself and show this man my banking app with my account balance and accounting # and routing # and even brought my father into the bank and im 22.Finally he let me do my cash advance that was pre approved 24 hours prior to this by USAA and i told him.Way to treat a family of vets. You biased me and wouldnt let me access my own money bro.I had to literally cause a scene and i'm the most laid back dude ever.First ever review i felt the need to write.Never felt so disrespected, complete power trip by your employee.Bless.

Moving our business away from Truist since this merger. We've had terrible customer experience on every interaction over the last 6 months. Most recently with trying to raise my ATM limit - I called, sat on hold for over an hour when they told me 30 mins just to have someone tell me my limit was what I was requesting already. You're telling me no one could've told me that while waiting an hour? Go to the ATM, get stopped at the limit and then can't call back since now it's after support hours. Seriously terrible bank, stay away.

Was going to open account now she says I had it charged off sat for about 45 min and she Andrea Andrews could not contact their own charge off department she doesn’t know why they aren’t answering the phone this is crazy I see why the bad reviews and why no one wants to open an account with you guys I’ll keep the bank I currently have customer service by the manager is always great I also walked in no one spoke when I enter the bank

At a day in time where customer service is everything. I have been sitting in this branch for almost an hour and no one has acknowledged me. The tellers spoke when I came in but the bankers all have this “ its Friday and I don’t want to be here” looks on their face. A simple “give us a moment” would have kept me from doing this review. It’s too many banks in this world I don’t have to be here Truist!
