I found the way they do business in here to be very interesting. In order to base how much food they put on your sandwich your coupon must be presented prior to making your food. Secondly the view of how much meat is put on your sandwich is blocked. I've never seen this at any other location. I was not using a coupon myself but I found this to be immoral.

I just left the location and I put a order in online while I was at the store. The app is very self-explanatory and easy to place your order. I had no desire to change anything about my order maybe ask for a little more pepper or something simple like that. I walked up I said hello she has my receipt in my her hand. And tells me that to go orders can wait over there, no simple hello or anything. I said oh okay well I jus wanted to stand here while you make it if you don't mind. She cut me off in the midst of me saying that and then with the most unnecessary attitude told me that you can't change online orders and what's on the paper is what she's going to do. I OVER STAND that. What I don't need or appreciate is the poor attitude. She was communicating with me as if I was a child. And I was not rude to her I was not questioning what and how things are done with online orders, but confused as to as to why if I was standing in the store and I have no intention of changing my order, but as I stated before if I have pepper on the receipt maybe asking for heavier pepper.Her name was Veronica. The other young lady I did not get her name she was very polite and she was doing a great job

I ordered online got there had to wait only to get a sandwich with a slice across of the thinnest deli cut meat skimpy toppings after ordering extra. This was a total ripoff. I would never order from this location again they are truly ripping people off $13 at a time. Bad enough a sandwich with which you’re only gonna taste bread and mayo cost $13.

Some of the freshest Subway vegetables I’ve ever had. The whole restaurant in general is very clean, especially their sandwich making station.

It's really disappointing to observe a total lack of customer service skills here. I walk in and the guy behind the counter didn't bother to hide the fact that he hates his job, didn't bother to greet me and didn't bother to speak. No "I'll be right with you" nothing. I walked out. It's 2023 and every dollar spent counts. No one should be made to feel like they're not welcome to spend money... I hope they get it right.

The ladies that work here are nice, the man is not. He is extremely rude and just stared at me when I walked in until I ordered. He also messed up the sandwich when I ordered on the app. Never again.

Hidden in plain site, very decently maintained subway, good seating area and located in the middle of busy hub.
