WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! let me tell you about Steve rayman Chevrolet. as a business owner, reviews are super important to me. I post this in hopes that it might light a fire under someone's ass that for 3 weeks I've been unable to light my service advisor is Michael. Michael started out as a great service advisor. I have an 82 year old home owner in one of the communities that I manage and maintain who called out for help over 3 weeks ago. I went over to her house to jump her car upon arrival, I noticed her car had good power and confirmed this with a meter. turns out, her 10 year old Chevy spark with 13,000 original mikes had a bad computer. I made the decision to have her car Towed to a dealership over trying to middle man the service she needed at a traditional, non dealership shop. I called up there and talked to Michael before scheduling a next day service appointment to explain the situation and gave my contact information and the owner of the cars information but instructed michael to call me for approvals and to explain anything going on so that I could keep him from feeling the wrath of an 82 year old woman who "needs" to get to the library and pickup groceries and get to doctors appointments. it has been in the shop now 3 weeks. the timeline of it being in the shop isnt the issue though. at first we were waiting on a computer to come in which was there within the first 4 days. I called and spoke to Michael around that time and he confirmed that the computer had gotten in but hadn't been installed yet. fast forward another week or so and a million phone calls to me from the actual car owner wondering what in the hell is the issue with her car as there had been no communication. I called up again and this is where the frustration started. I was told that they attempted to call the owner of the car to gain approval to diagnose a no start condition that appeared only after they installed and programmed the computer. they never got the approval because the 82 year old never answered the phone. so it sat in a shop for another 4 days getting nothing done. this past Friday I finally called and after 20 mins on hold and being bumped back and forth to person after person or call menu after call menu, I finally was able to get in touch with the service manager who informed me that they were waiting on approval. I gave them the approval. that was last Friday. since last friday, i have personally called well over 10 times and get bounced around to random people and most of the time having to press the option for parts just to get a human on the phone, I still can't get an answer from my service advisor, even after leaving messages with various managers and operators. I've been a mechanic and in or around the dealership and car industry for the better half of 10 years, even managing a shop for a number of years for a local dealership and never in my entire life have experienced such shit service from a dealership. worst part about it is that it's not even my car. I offered to help simply because my homeowner didn't even know where to begin to get her car repaired. I've called now twice this morning with no answer. i will be driving there today in person to get an answer and most likely pull the car out of their service department.

if i could give zero starts i would , they sold me a lemon and gm is refusing to fix the problem with the car even though it's a known issue. do not purchase any cars from this dealership. do not purcuase anything from general motors and they are not reliable nor is business done properly.

0 stars for Steve Rayman Chevrolet. Sales agent Miami Lee, Cory, Lamar, and even Joshua in Tags and title are all scam liars. I purchased a vehicle the 1st of July 2023, it is now 1 week from September and no one has sent over registration for tags and title. Now my temp tags are expired and I can not get anyone to answer so i can get my tags or even an extension on my current temp tags. I am highly disappointed and displeased with the way business is handled here. This dealership has one priority and that is to get the initial sale, after that they do not care. I promise you. They will answer maybe the first 2 times and lie to you then leave you out for dead. Do not waste your time, money, energy. Please listen and read reviews, I wish I would've read reviews prior to selecting this dealership. 0 stars! Horrible people horrible customer service.

Dropped my car off Friday morning for a minor concern. By Saturday morning there was NO communication from them. After reading some other reviews I became concerned about this lack of communication so I made 3 attempts to get info Saturday. All failed so I told them I'm coming to get my car. They hadn't even looked at the issue yet. To top it off, a woman in front of me Saturday had her car there for a major brake concern since Thursday and they hadn't even looked at her car, either. Absolutely will not return for any reason to this dealer.

Kudos for Sales and Service departments. Bought a new truck. Keisha, my sales person was patient and helpful. Found a truck and drove it for a day and realized it didn't have a feature I needed. I brought the truck back thinking I was just missing the right steps and between Service and Sales we figured the truck didn't have what I needed. We did some searching and found a different truck with the feature. They immediately let me trade out vehicles ( of course I paid the slight up-charge ). Everyone was super flexible and determined to meet my needs. Thanks again.

The staff in the service department are rude. No one ever answers the telephone. Zero customer service. When my car was done being serviced I was one of the first people in line to retrieve my vehicle. The servicewomen told me that people behind me have appointments and I have to wait to get checked until she fully checks people with appointments. I didn't know I had to schedule an appointment to get my car back. I wasn't told that. The line kept getting longer and longer and I finally got fed up and asked to speak to a manager. She didn't get the manager but rudely mentioned that I need to have patience. She was so rude. I will not continue to do business with this company in the future.

I am not often one to write positive reviews, but I felt my experience with Brandon Black at Steve Rayman Chevrolet was worth a positive review. I came in with a leaking sunroof. I had previously contacted other auto shops and dealers, but was given the runaround. Brandon and his team stuck with me though the entire process. They worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was well informed, and that I was getting the best deal possible. This is the only dealership that I have ever felt comfortable trusting my repairs and service to. Everyone that I encountered at Steve Rayman Chevrolet was kind, attentive, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location!

We stopped in the area for gas and an ‘environmental’ break. Returned to the car still at the gas pump - ugh wouldn’t start. We still had about 500 miles to go.Called this dealership. They worked us in, found root cause, fixed it, and on the road again.Brandon kept us up to date on the progress. Todd helped us reset functions and the convertible top after battery was replaced. So thankful for the great service!
