We started with the gouda fritters and the fried green tomatoes as appetizers. Needless to say, everything about these dishes were perfectly balanced. For the fritters, the red chili honey was the perfect touch with a whisper of a kick to the fritter but also not overbearingly sweet. The breading let the gouda do the work for flavor and was the perfect encapsulation for the cheese. For the green tomatoes, the breading was also the perfect crustiness for the tomato and paired beautifully with the red coulis. Aesthetically, these dishes appeared to be as thoughtfully put together as the ingredients were for the dish itself. A strong piece for me that was just as significant for the entire meal was the coffee. It has been well over 18 months, maybe 2 years since I've had coffee this robust without the bean being burnt for strength in the flavor. Lastly, for the main dishes, we tried the Egg benedict on brisket and egg white frittata. Since I didn't steal anything from my partner's plate for the benedict, I will say this is the place where you want to try your first egg benedict and no where else, based on the experience of the appetizers. The server did recommend a biscuit with it since there was no other bread on the plate and her recommendation was well placed but didn't take away from the dish flavors itself. For the frittata, the creativity for this dish was vibrant, fresh, wholesome, light, and bursting with flavor without it being over seasoned. The cheese on the dish was the perfect way to tie in with the spinach, tomato, panko sprinkling, and egg as well. Everything about this meal was to die for and securely placed me into foodie heaven as I could truly relish every bite I took and walked away the most satiated palette I've had in a very long time. 15/10 would make this an absolute must visit spot for brunch and this will be very hard to beat back home.

Had a great time there and the waiter was awesome. He even made a fresh pot of coffee for my family and I when we mentioned we liked stronger brews. Do yourself a favor and try the beef cheeks!

Our waitress MiMi was wonderful!!! Food was excellent! Service spectacular! We were celebrating my wife's birthday and everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful evening. I hadn't been there in a while because I am literally across town, but I will return!!! Thanks again!

We made reservations and were seated promptly. Our server was great and gave us recommendations. Appetizers are a bit overpriced, and our sides weren't hot like the meats. Overall, we enjoyed. Intimate date night vibes.

Service was great! The crab cake has more meat than breading which is a plus. Fried green tomatoes are yummy with the added cheese as a lovely surprise. Didn't care for the shrimp and grits. The grits were very runny. Chicken was moist and flavorful with the mashed potatoes and collards. Biscuits are extremely soft and fluffy! I don't prefer cornbread with corn pieces in it. Would visit again!

Every aspect of our experience was top notch! We were extremely impressed with our server - he took 10 orders and never wrote down a thing! The food came out quickly and was seasoned to perfection. We can't wait to return!

The food was drenched in grease. The coffee was cold. I wasn't given a spoon or mixer for the coffee. The floors were SLIPPERY. The restroom wreaked. My daughter and i brunch after church every Sunday. This was one of the worst experiences in a while! Very unfortunate

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Bloody Mary was a pre-mix brand that I really like. Love for South City Kitchen to offer a homemade version of a Bloody Mary mix. :-)

Loved our server (Jazz) who was attentive without being overly so. The crabcake appetizer was wonderful! My friend and I both had salads with protein that were very nice. Overall a really nice meal!

Loved the Caesar Salad with Blackened Salmon- the dressing was outstanding... the salmon was perfectly cooked. My friend loved the fried chicken- the portion was enormous! Ambiance was perfect for a Sunday evening and staff were friendly, humorous, and attentive. Highly recommend!
