I read several of the 5 star reviews, and I am adding mine. I had to replace a cracked wheel and I was there literally 24 minutes. And they looked pretty busy when I pulled in. The guy that I dealt w was handling a lot of things at the same time like a champ. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. You can definitely tell it's family there. Highly highly recommend.

I want to thank Mike for going the extra mile and finding lug nut caps for my Tesla. He didn’t have to help me, but he did. Speaks volumes about Mike and Smyrna Tire’s customer service. I highly recommend them.

I have a 2019 Chevy Traverse and finally had to get 4 new tires. I priced all the big name stores from Sam's Club, Costco, Firestone, Mavis Tires, etc. But the guys at Smyrna Tires beat them all, checked other things like my brake pads that I previously told needed to be replaced but didn't, and they do quick but good work. I dropped olmy vehicle off at 8am Sat and it was ready before 11am. I will definitely come back to this family owned, neighborhood shop.

Everything a business should be… know what they’re doing, friendly, polite, efficient - even search to reduce costs! Used them 3’rimes in the last year and never disappointed. FOUND THEM BECAUSE MGR AT ANOTHER TIRE STORE SAID THEY WERE THE BEST!

Stopped by on a busy Saturday morning, and Mike, the owner, took care of my car. Not only did they replace my tires, he had his team tighten up the hinge on my door as they noticed it was clicking - without me even mentioning it. Appreciate the service and going above and beyond. Would recommend Smyrna Tire Service every time!

They say Nordstrom‘s is the gold standard of customer service, but Smyrna Tire is right there with them, and this was our first time being new in the area and brought my husband, Larry’s jeep in for an ABS sensor on the brakes, and immediately got to meet the owner and the son and a wonderful family owned business that seems to care more about taking care of people then making money. They not only fixed the sensor but cleared a couple other alert lights and tire pressure alarms as part of their normal service, no charge. Then, brought our keys out onto on of their awesome keychains. The owner, Michael is very hands-on, and proud of his team, and you can tell of the work ethics and values that are building their business. They don’t have to worry about chasing the revenue because that probably follows very easily as it always does with the customer service they provide. Bless you all at Smyrna Tire!

This is the Chick-fil-a of the tire world. The place is ran like a well oiled machine. Quick and efficient. They were able to plug my tire in the short time frame that they promised. I was in and out of there in no time. Everyone is so friendly, informative, and kind. Definitely would recommend! They are getting my business for any and all of my tire needs!

The people at Smyrna Tire are second to none! Everyone you encounter is friendly, helpful, trustworthy, and respectful. The customer service is top notch, and they operate their business as if customers are family. Very nice, clean, updated restrooms as well. All around great experience every time I come to Smyrna Tire. The best around!

Great service and attention to detail. They genuinely care about their customers. If you need tires in the Smyrna, Marietta, or Cobb County area, Smyrna Tire Service is the way to go. I would 100% use them again.
