I usually like this thrift store but the staff is getting more and more rude. I would feel like an idiot if I went back.

I need someone to tell me where I can report an employee of this store. She has behaved very rudely on several occasions, making very serious accusations and embarrassing insinuations. One time she took me out of the store with my 2 babies just because I had them in a stroller, no. He knows how to say things with kindness and respect, he only says get out of here because you can't come in with the stroller in a very rude way, again I take out of my shopping cart a plastic bag with which my baby takes therapy and it is very helpful. Help for him and she insinuated and affirmed that something was in that bag and I had taken it out to rob me. Besides, she disrespected me and she also did it to my baby because even if it is a simple bag, you never know what medical condition it could mean, please. someone help me with this...

It's 6:52 and the staff at Smyrna Thrift have already locked and closed the doors. The sign says they're open until 7.
At 6:40, they turned out the lights and started screeching over the intercom - in both English and Spanish - that they were about to close.
The other shoppers were just as dismayed. It would be comical if it wasn't so incredibly rude.

I just came to this thrift store, USED to be my favorite. I put a dress on the counter and said I didn’t want it, didn’t realize when he scanned it and after I paid I realized he still charged it and put it in my bag. After I got the receipt and saw my bags Iand I told him I didn’t want it. They refused to give me my money back even though I just told him I didn’t want it BEFORE I PAID. They all refused to give me my money back for the dress. Theft. Employees are rude and don’t care nor listen.

I usually really love going here because they still have open changing rooms, which is not the average thrifting experience anymore. However today I was interacted with the rudest staff I've ever talked to.
I've been here multiple times and they usually close the changing rooms 15 minutes before closing. However they closed them 30 minutes before closing this time. We had 2 more items of clothing to try on, and a woman was waiting on us so I apologized and explained the situation (we had been trying on clothes for 20+ minutes) she glared at us and told us they were closed. Then another woman comes up and also aggressively tells us the changing rooms are closed. My friend is shirtless and trying to get her clothes on and give them the ones we didn't want and they're just glaring at me the whole time.
When she gets out we go to a different part of the store, once again with 25 minutes left before closing, and complain to each other about the employees before checking out. They check us out and I did not get all the discounts I was supposed to, it was maybe $10 more than it should have been. One of the employees is glaring at us the whole time we're checking out. Then on the way out she tells us to tell them if we have a problem with them instead of making fun of them and tried to argue with us! By the time we left the changing rooms still should have been open, but they were practically kicking us out and lying about what time it was. I will not be back

Very sub-par selection and the atmosphere is really unfriendly. They're overly paranoid about stealing, if you come in with a bag/purse they will make you leave it up front. The vibe from the employees is almost hostile at times. There's nothing at the store that's worth enduring that.

I used to visit this thrift shop frequently years ago and overall found some nice things. This past weekend I visited the first time in a long time and ended up getting cut by the staple. My biggest issue is if you’re going to sell clothes that way, you need to make sure the staple is closed because this one wasn’t. At the very least, you should have a first aid kit or alcohol if something like this were to occur again. I’m sure it will because the lady at the front didn’t ask which clothing article it was… I ended up removing the staple before leaving it so it didn’t happen to anyone else.

I normally try to get by here when we're in town visiting family. I'm not sure what has changed, but the music was SOOO loud I had to just leave. There's background music and then there is "can't hear yourself think" music. Unfortunately, today was the "can't hear yourself think" music.

I've gone in here a handful of times in the last year. I don't look too much at clothes but mostly furniture, artwork, and knickknacks. I think they have a lot of good stuff often, though if you're looking for furniture you've got to really be on the lookout as the good stuff goes really fast. Prices are good and I have never had an issue with staff personally. This is definitely my go to thrift store for being on a budget!

Very unethical practices, they use similar colors for their “sale” identifications and will tell you that the color you have goes with something else to make it a different price. Ex: they have 2 different color pinks and will say one is orange if it means they will make more money off of the sale. Do not shop here.

The place and the clothes are very nice but the manager they have there is terrible. Yesterday she kicked us out of the store just because we had a puppy. The cashiers are good but the manager gives terrible service ?

The business is very unethical! First, they had a bike with a lock on it. A customer asked about the key to remove the lock and was told by a male employee that the bike was left outside with the lock on it and the owner put a price on it. WHAT? How is that okay? Then, at checkout, the couple in front of us decided to not purchase an item, and an older woman made them sign a receipt showing they weren't purchasing it??? Again, WHAT!? Then, the same older woman (who I think is the owner) decided to completely change the prices of the items I was purchasing. I spoke to an employee who priced a couple items at 0.65 cents each; however, at check out, the older woman stated it would be $1.25 each. When I spoke to the younger woman again and informed her, she said she'd be happy to honor the price and the older woman then yelled and told her she couldn't. Completely poor experience, and I would encourage you to go elsewhere. That woman is ruining everyone's experience!
