I was told Tom was the man when it comes to bike fitting. I previously went to Atlanta Cycling and bought a Trek with them but I could tell something was off with my fit. I decided to try Tom out and the wealth of knowledge he had was remarkable and he was able to diagnose my issue right away and came up with a solution. A true gem in the sport. I will be back. I’d go somewhere else. Hit or miss with the staff. First time I brought it in, guy was nice and fixed my chain suck and I paid extra to have him check everything over. Rode it and then few days later I went to ride and got chain suck again, now they said I had a bent chain ring. Instead of admitting they might have missed it they got defensive and blamed me for it. Mistakes happen, just want to ride.Guy who fixed it was nice and did walk me through what the current issue was on the phone but when I wanted to make sure it was all good at pickup the gentlemen working was super rude and told me it wasn’t his problem he didn’t work on it. He said if it was being sent out it was good to go, which wasn’t the case last time so unsure why he got mad at me asking.Wasn’t even trying to blame them or get stuff for free, just trying to get what I paid for and to make sure my bike was safe to ride.

Horrible customer service. The idiot who was suppose to fix my bike got confused at what he was supposed to do after I dropped it off and he call me and I explained again what was need. Also when picked the bike up, I ask if he could put the rest of the bike together as a kind gesture and he begin rudely explaining how it would be liability. Not to mention when I first dropped by I was quoted a price and that price increased. Do yourself a favor and go to another shop and don’t deal with these idiots.

Great place. Good selection of various Giant bicycles. Reasonably priced. Service with a smile and very knowledgeable. They had the perfect tires for my bicycle in stock and high quality inner tubes.

I needed air and they provided a free pump. I was asked to inflate the tires myself outside the shop.

My experience with this company was amazing. They understood what customer service really was and I felt like I was helped through the whole process. I’ve been to many other places and found that this was by far the best experience I can say. I bought my first bicycle and it was from Walmart I ended up trading in that bicycle for a used giant Bicycle when I went to this location I was only coming there to look, but I ended up purchasing A new bicycle The sales rep knew exactly what I wanted and I am super happy with my purchase I would give this store a 10 out of 10 and on top of that one of the representatives gave me a free T-shirt that belonged to him. I am truly amazed.

Just got back from visiting Smyrna Bicycle. Great service, great people. When I expressed interest about purchasing/renting a new bike, I was given a thorough and knowledgeable explanation by Scott, who gave me several affordable options. Definitely recommend this store to people looking to buy/maintain a bike!

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. My bike desperately needed some maintenance, and they got it riding like it’s brand new again. I will be back for all my repairs/maintenance needs.

I bought my vary first road bike at this shop My experience at this bike shop was awesome. The employee at this shop are vary knowledgeable. Employee are vary friendly I felt look family when I walk in to the doors. I definitely will buy a second road bike for them in the future when it's time to upgrade my road bike.Thank you
