I've used Shell 91 and Exxon 93 for 15 years all over the U.S in different car types. I decided to stop here and should have known something was wrong due to the lack of customers. I filled up with V Power as usual and my tank was already at half three days later and I don't even drive everyday! My car sits unless I'm going for food or a gym. V Power does NOT go down half a tank and the car isn't even being driven everyday.

My roommates and I have been coming here for over 3 years for basic necessities, gas, pre-work stops, etc. and have been treated like family with every stop. I’ll go out of my way to stop here before any other gas station. Have a conversation and get to know people. Love it.

This Shell gas station is one of the worst gas stations ever when it comes to gas price. The price they displays on there is actually a lie because when you actually go inside to pay, they boost up the price by 20 more cents at the pump. And they also lie to your face saying that you save up to 50 cents when you purchase the gas from them. Just look at the Shell plus the one in the middle you'll see the price difference that was taken a few minutes apart between the time I walked inside and the time I was outside.

The Middle Eastern guy has TERRIBLE customer service here. Not going to waste my time to write a very long review about what happened but long story short he tried to degrade me over $10. And I don’t have time for that so I just walked out and took a loss. It’s definitely not about the money for some people with morals, It’s about RESPECT . To the manager or owner of this place, don’t waste your time on copying and pasting an apology response to this. just PLEASE work on your staff and show them that before a person is a customer or client they are human. God bless.

This Shell is located directly on South Cobb Drive and sits at the Powder Springs Street intersection. It is your standard gas station, but given some of the other brands located close by, this Shell stands out for their cleanliness and condition. While the store itself is over 10 years old, it is well taken care of and has always been clean when I have stopped in. Gas prices are always a few cents higher here than the nearby QT/Valero/Kroger gas stations and due to this, I only stop at this location for snacks/drinks in a pinch. Service has always been decent, never had any issues. Overall, this is your standard Shell station. Nothing special, but also nothing terrible...it's here when needed and that works just fine!

NEVER in my 10+yrw of driving/fueling have i been humiliated the way the clerk did me today….treated/talked to me as if i was stupid, simply because i forgot to enter my phone number and then could not cancel inside…i had 0.35$ savings per gallon that i needed to use…he was smart mouthing me because i then went to pump gas and saw that i could cancel and decided to cancel at the pump and try the process again and he said…you were smart enough to go outside and cancel, i couldve canceled inside…I TOLD HIM I WANTED MY REWARDS and he didnt cacel the transaction when i told him the first time……overall very disappointed with my experience here today!
