this insurance group agency has some of the nicest agents Janie is absolutely wonderful she is very personable and will do anything she can to help her customers

I tried to pay my payment on the date it was due and they don't even have a place where I can pay online or over the phone if it's not Monday-Friday; which caused them to drop my insurance even though I tried to pay!!
