Mr Joseph Albert from the parts department was very helpful he took the time to help me find my altenator for my international truck. With his knowledge on the parts industry not only did he find it quickly he recommend a few items to replace such as drive belt and tensioner & new batteries for my truck. It's hard to find people that cares and are willing to help no matter how busy they get. Great customer service and definitely i will be buying all my parts from him for now on. And I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

Mobile tech John Benson out of the Smyrna location is one of the best techs I have ever worked with. John goes above and beyond with any of my 96 trucks. I highly recommend asking for this tech if you are in need of a mobile tech. He gets the job done!

Lets talk about my sales person I have here in Smyrna GA. I have Mr. Ken Murphy I know this mite sound a little bit biased but you want find a better man then him !! He will go above all others to help you with all your needs, and the MAN knowledge you just cant find this anymore ! If they make he will find it .We need more just like him old school that puts his customers first no matter what !!! Murphy thanks for all you do for us here at WM.

Love the people and the customer service I work for a fairly large company and we do business with them on the daily. Tony is awesome at what he does,especially if you know what your looking for and calling it the wrong name he gets it :) So huge shout out to Tony!!!!!

Have received excellent service from the Smyrna location. Tony Dixon is my go to and get it done sales rep. I can call him when I am desperately needing something to get the quickest response. I can email him and really do not have to worry if I am going to get my parts. Peace of mind knowing that I have a dedicated and very friendly experience each and every time.
