This was a horrendous experience. The women's restroom was closed for cleaning so I was directed to use the men's restroom. It was atrocious!!!! I couldn't barely even breathe.Please reference the photos.

I passed by the Quick Trip on Spring rd. Stopped in for gas, and a brisket sandwich. I went inside for the sandwich. Luis the assistant Manager assisted, handed him the Quicktrip gift card. Luis ran the card and told me the balance was zero. I explained to him that it’s not zero as I’m using it outside for gas and the screen showed a balance of 240. Instead of Luis listening to what I was stating he just continued to say the card had no money on it as if he was trying to embarrass me. Now I don’t work for Quicktrip but I assumed since I was using the card outside that the system was not showing the correct balance. I explained again that can’t be true the screen outside shows over $200 as a balance. Luis then said do you want to see the screen it’s zero. No, I would like you to know how to do your job though! I walked out to take a picture of the screen at the pump showing the balance instead of arguing with a person whose only intent is to embarrass me. I could have used a different credit card or paid cash but it’s the principal of the matter now. Luis should know how the system works. A manager’s job is to make customers feel welcome not unwelcome! He’s suppose to solve minor issues like this with knowledge. Instead he rather use insult to make the matters worst! When I came back in with the image on my phone he immediately said oh yea that’s because the system zeros it out when you’re getting gas because we don’t know how much you’re going to get. Huh are you an idiot is what I wanted to say. Instead I said why didn’t you say that originally instead inferring that I’m trying to use a dead card? I’m in a small Mercedes and I told him several times the balance is over 200. Luis should have told me then that the system zeros it out but just wait until the gas is done pumping. That’s all it would have taken, no one gets embarrassed, no confrontation just good leadership pleasantly explaining the process. Luis is inept at his job! His analytical skills are mediocre at best, possibly deviant in nature as well. By the way the Brisket sandwich was old, dry and not tasty at all. Looked nothing like the commercial that enticed me to order it in the first place. Doesn’t surprise me that the quality wasn’t good, par the course when you have mediocre management in place.

Cristina, the cashier working this morning, was so rude !! I walked in (no greeting but wasn’t the issue) when I came to the counter she made eye contact with me; I said “Hi, good morning “ due to the eye contact we made and she just ignores me. When it’s time to ring me up she does even say a word just wait for me to tell her what I need to ring up. Obviously QuikTrip has a RACIST employee on their hands. I’m sure she was not trained like that because other employees and locations are MUCH kinder with better customer service.

The restroom is disgustingly unsanitary. There is urine on the floor, no paper towels and the stench is unbearable. The cashier was annoyed that I reported the state of the restroom with him. He also looked unkept and was very unpleasant.

Ordered a pizza for my lil guy and filled up out side and receipt paper was was in the pumps.outside which is never in the other ones I go to .

Use the app if you are ordering from the kitchen. When u get there it's ready and they are good with letting you know when they are out of products. Breakfast sandwiches and the pizza are my favorites.
