I've never encountered anyone like the staff at this location. Caitlin, Roman and Todd are phenomenal. They make you feel like you're family while you're being work hard to meet and exceed the goal of getting better. I highly recommend PT Solutions.

I was a patient in the past and it was very beneficial. However, the therapist was juggling me and several other people. At times I felt ignored. Recently tried to make a new appointment and the front desk staff is totally incompetent. I am so disappointed with how I was treated.

Caitlin is my therapist and she is amazing! The facility is clean and well organized. The reception staff is efficient and pleasant.

Last year, I came in to physical therapy relieve back pain that couldn't be explained by the doctors we went to. All of the staff was extremely kind and helpful-- up until a certain day I came in. There was only one physical therapist-- Todd Scott-- there in the building, no-one else. We did the standard massage practice and he asked me where I experienced the most pain, and I told him the lower back. He proceeds to, without my consent, go much, much lower than was communicated, which made me exceptionally uncomfortable. A few days later, I pull aside another therapist and tell her about the experience, which she dismisses, telling me he would not "assault me on purpose", and offers an apology and asks if I wanted to switch to another location. I was 18 years old and terrified, and so I said yes and said nothing about it. We later found out that back pain was cancer, and after a year of pain and trauma, I needed to come back to leave this review. I was 18 years old, and you all should be ashamed about how this was handled. The therapist I confided in told me that she'll speak to her higher ups about it, and I see that nothing has changed since he still has his job. Until this is recognized, I will continue to hold you all accountable for this incident. Thanks.

I recently started going to PT Solutions and the staff are so friendly and kind. Jade and Zoe at the front desk. Todd and others around the room, and Caitlin is very thoughtful and attentive even when approaching something a bit out of the ordinary. I appreciate the kindness and compassion shown not only to me, but to others, young and old throughout the space. I'm thankful a friend recommended I try PT Solutions and I'm happy to recommend them as well.

First, I am truly thankful for the three excellent orthopedic surgeons, who replaced my two hips and two knees over the past six years. But, as a battle-tested soldier against the debilitations of osteoarthritis—which is fortunately a treatable affliction that can become a winnable war worth fighting—the person for whom I am most grateful is my physical therapist. She has led me through all four arduous recoveries from my joint replacement surgeries and was even able to miraculously postpone one of my knee surgeries for six months via dry needling—enabling me to participate in five important family events, including my Fiftieth Wedding Anniversary celebration.This physical therapist, who has repeatedly restored my vitality, is Erin McGonegal Jackson, PT, DPT, at PT Solutions of Smyrna – South Cobb Drive. In addition to being a technically proficient physical therapist, Erin epitomizes a holistic approach—one who listens, explains, and communicates so well with each of her patients in his or her own context. She then motivates each patient to put forth the work and endure the short-term, agonizing pains to achieve the benefits of long-term, life-enhancing gains.Moreover, Erin has also been the supervisor of PT Solutions of Smyrna and is now the district manager of several other offices. This PT Solutions location was a wonderful experience during my post-ACL reconstruction surgery. The clinic had convenient hours and helpful staff for someone who works full time. Caitlin H. was especially AWESOME! She was always extremely friendly, helpful and patient and made 17 weeks of physical therapy as enjoyable as possible. PT Solutions on S. COBB AND EAST WEST CONNECTOR is truly the best when it comes to quality and service. I was very impressed with Todd's knowledge of the the field of PT. Will definitely recommend to other athletes and workout buffs..????
