I lost my debit card & came in for a quick checking withdrawal for cash. Charles Savoy was phenomenal!!! Polite, knowledgeable, responsive. I had no idea PNC bank locations can generate a new debit card in 5min. Charles verified my info & I was on my merry way. The kind lady in the lobby also showed me how to use the app to access the ATM. Amazing staff!

I'm not sure what is going on with this branch but customer service is nonexistent. I have tried to call multiple times and was on hold so long the call dropped. One time I literally heard someone open the line and then hang up. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I should not have to drive to a branch to put a transaction into motion that can be done via phone. I've had a PNC account since it was Pittsburgh National Bank (more than three decades) but this kind of thing will make me take my money and business elsewhere.

Wow. The level of service here has dropped to the bottom. They are having me come into the branch 3 times to set up an account because they either didn't finish what they should have done the first time or couldn't help because some document was locked in an office and they didnt have access. It's depressing walking into that branch.

Absolute garbage of a bank. I've been a customer for over 25 years and they have gotten remarkably worse every year. They charge for absolutely everything and bump up rates without notifying customers. The straw that broke the camels back was after I got home from a business trip I had left over Euros. I called them to see if I could exchange 150 euros and these morons straight up told me it might cost more in fees than the money is actually worth! On what planet do they live on? How is going to cost more than 150 euros to exchange in to dollars!! SO STUPID. Again I can't wait till I pay off my little credit card with these crooks because they are absolutely horrendous. Stay FAR away from these clowns!

I do not bank with PNC, but I needed to send my niece some money so that was my reason for visiting. I went there too early, but the manager was helpful and friendly. I waited for a few hours to come back and when I did the line was wrapped around the building. I sat in the line for about 45 minutes to an hour. I do not fault them for it because, we are still in a pandemic and no one can enter the building.

Very unorganized a poor customer service. Had a scheduled appointment and they called at my appointment time to try and reschedule. I was in the parking lot. Prior to that I called to verify paperwork had arrived and they were very unorganized trying to find it. I am here for a one time service a defiantly will not be opening an account or doing any future business with PNC.

First time I have been into the bank in a long time and I hope it is the last. I will not come back to this location. At every PNC bank you go to the staff is always nice, that's not surprising. BUT I DON'T JUST NEED nice staff, I NEED COMPETENT staff that explain processes to me as they come about. I was told by the person "helping" me that if I made a cash deposit, my funds would be available the next business day. I found this not to be true. I had to call customer service to find out something totally different and it was confusing and frustrating. So now I have to delay my plans due this miscommunication. I do not recommend this branch to anyone. I'm relativley young and if they can't explain things to me appropriately I definitely would not want them attempting to assist our elderly. They'll have you all in a mess.

Love PNC. Hate this location. Not good staff and don't like the 'concierge' as soon as you walk in. Give me a second to collect myself and go to the tellers like any other bank. Will make a point to go to any location other than this one moving forward
