Just for a chin and upper lip wax, I was charged $37. I went up the street Too cool cutz And seen that they only charge $11 for an upper lip. I only was I overcharged. I was not happy with the outcome proof that the street is cheaper in the picture.

This is the second worst nail service I ever had. Two of my nails already broke days after getting them done. I haven't done any physical work or anything with my hands. The cuticles are even terrible it's been 6 days since I got my nails done and this is how it looks. Terrible

I made a switch! Truly pleased that ao did The nail techs take their time no rushing and no nicking my skin. Highly recommend over some of the other ones in the area.

I went to this place initially to get my own split nail repaired and everyone knows super glue does not do the trick. I decided not to just ask to get my nail repaired but to get a mani and pedi. This non speaking English man his name starts with a B he decided he would give me a mani and pedi which the pedi was painful. I knew he knows that to fix my nail he needed to put acrylic on the nail he didn't and my nails started to chip in one day that glued nail came back apart . I went back and he did not do as asked in the beginning but charged me more money! Please don't go here this man is HORRIBLE and the place looks very dingy too...I will never ever go back here!!!

I will be going back to support this kind business manager and staff.While I was in today for a powder manicure and pedicure a woman had a confrontation with the business manager. She was asking for her toes to be cut and filed beyond what a nail salon can do for a patron. The manager tried to explain how that’s a medical type procedure and event tho her doctor told her to go to a salon to have her nails filed, if she wanted them that short it’d need to be by the doctor. The manager never lost his temper with this woman, even when she started accusing him of being rude, not supporting the ethnic community she was a part of (of note there were other patrons of this same ethnicity in the salon at the time) and threatening to call the police. It was wild. The poor manager was a bit shaken once she left, but he went about his business helping other patrons.

My nails were a 4/10 and so was my pedicure .. it was my first time here salon is kinda dirty and doesn't seem sanitary but I still decided to get them a chance . After my service I went to pay and he said $90 loud and clear when the receipt printed out the total was $100 so I asked why did you charge me 10 extra dollars then he made up a bunch of excuses saying he had to take off my gel etc which was a lie because I haven't had a pedicure in months . I didn't even have the energy to argue about the 10$ but it's just the simply fact that you would try and get over on me for $10 ugh steer clear from this place !

What can I say but FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE AND GREAT JOB LILI!! Haven't been to a shop in years but the service at PL nails in Hiram was great, LiLi was very efficient and thorough, something I haven't gotten other places which was why I stopped going to nail shops This was by far the best pedicure I've ever had

This place is near my house, and their prices are fairly reasonable...I've been coming here for YEARS, and they know me. I went there tonight after finishing work, a FULL HOUR AND A HALF before closing. There was ONE car in the parking lot. I was asked if I could come back tomorrow...they were NOT busy at all, and it appeared they were nearly finished with the one customer they had. This is the SECOND TIME this has happened in the recent past...the first time, I simply went to another salon. I should have just done that today. I WON'T BE BACK - this is shitty treatment of a regular customer who tips well, and I don't appreciate it at all. NEVER AGAIN.

I went in for simple pedicure and a lady was the one that did my toes. She kept using the cuticle nippers on both my pinky toes. After I left and got home my pinky toes were red and sore. I will not go back for any reason.
