If I could give zero stars I would.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Roaches are taking over. Wasted so much money and time buying roach eliminators when they would just return due to the crack and crevices throughout the unit which also caused my electric bill to run $250-$350 A MONTH for a one bed room. The highest I paid was $368. Brought it up to management, do you think they came out and fixed it? Nope. Also during the summer, I had to constantly fight off wasps entering the apt through the cracks. Even found one in my shower. They took my whole deposit and even added on extra money for no reason. I left the apt in great shape and management still found a way to find excuses. Mailboxes are hard to get into. You have to fight with the key to get it in and out the box. Brought that up to management. Claimed they fixed it but I experienced the same problems. The walls are superrrrrrr thin. So don’t try to mount anything to the wall. It couldn’t even hold up a mirror I purchased from Sam’s club. You can hear any and everything going on as if it’s happening in right in your living room. I should have left during the first week when maintenance just decided to walk right in the apt when I was sleep. Then I had a neighbor who lived below me who constantly came to knock on my door and harass me knowing I lived alone. When I brought it up to Maria (leasing lady) she just told me not to worry about it. I had to have my boyfriend stay with me for a few weeks to catch the neighbor in the act. Then surely, one day I came home from work late around 1 am. I Went to take a shower while my boyfriend was outside sitting in his car to be on watch out. The neighbor suddenly walked up to my apt, knocked on my door and frightened me in the shower at 1 AM! My boyfriend quickly stopped and had to tell him off. I guess the neighbor moved shortly after. Also your getting charged for a useless portal. I couldn’t even request maintenance for the dishwasher when it went out. Thankfully, it kicked back in a week later. They’re charging you for pest control monthly but when they do come out every blue moon, it’s to spray water around the unit carelessly. The parking is slim out there. Many of the cars have scratches and bumps due to so. Moral of the story, save ur money, time, and piece of mind.

I do not recommend anyone apply here.
Not very committed, they waste one's time and money and do not take responsibility for what they commit to.

Complex could save on landscaping by removing pine trees. Expect 24/7 blower noise at this apartment. Awful.

Staff at the Smyrna Ga location is the only pleasant thing about this review. She's a good woman who explains the steps you are going to be faced with.

This place is disgusting. I will soon be taking them to court for adding fraudulent charges to my move out after paying these people a check of $1,800. They’re trying to over charge me for a carpet that was Damaged in one area of $700 when the correct charge is $400. And extra days of rent that I had already paid with the $1,800. They have tons of roaches and the quality of the apartments are outdated. You will regret staying at this place if you choose to stay here.

These apartments are of no use, I am living here, they don't come to fix the light, the washing machine was screwed up, they didn't want to fix it either, they don't do fumigation, there are a lot of cockroaches and many other things.

Owned by Sabra Property Management. Take pictures and email your issues directly to them. For immediate results go to corporate office 3300 Buckeye Rd, Atlanta, GA 30341. Be prepared for them to try to give you the run around. The pictures are of the unit they tried to sell me after being "maintenanced", "treated", and "upgraded". My refund took over 2 weeks.

The truth is, I liked living there a lot because the area was quiet... but since those two Rosas and their thief brother arrived there, it was the worst for me. The brother of the ugly old lady of the office is a THIEF AND METICHE, the truth is he thinks no, I don't know that he stole my things, nosy thief...hopefully one day he will pay for stealing my things...

Rating it as 1 because I can not rate is 0. I was looking over the reviews- Diego is the maintenance guy here. He and his sister are in the management office - but do little to assist residents with issues. I have seen half a building clear out since they have taken over. Our apartment looks worst since we moved in because of non professional maintenance. Our upstairs neighbors toilet overflowed into our apartment twice and their washer overflowed into our apartment once. New Management did nothing to assist in the clean up- previous manager had the plumber come clean up the mess. Roaches, roaches, roaches. You know you don't want to ask- but if an apartment offers pest control- that we now have to pay for with the new management- that is a red flag. The professional exterminator is cool- just wish we did not need him.
Also a rat got into our apartment and it took the unskilled maintenance man 2 weeks to come get it.
Parking lot is a mess- full of pot holes and way to small to suv's and large pick up trucks.
There is a lot wrong here. My family was planning on staying here for a couple of years- but with all the issues -- we can not wait until our lease is up.

There is also a review written in Spanish in the second paragraph
Do not believe the one liner reviews and the Mexican Rosales for one she worked for the property at one point. SMH. The property has been sold at least 5 times within the last 4 years. All the staff is really unprofessional and maintenance is beyond slow. You have a patio that you cannot use (i.e. to bikes, plants, patio furniture, etc.) They have a big problem with insects and other small vermits in there apartments, even if your a clean person and keep a clean home. There sewage system doesn't work properly, our toilet would back up feces (aka poop) into the tub. Imagine preparing to take a shower, only to pull your shower curtain back to discover your tub is filled with feces. As a tenant it was our responsibility to clean up the mess.
Our neighbor had water pouring out of his light socket, talking about issues. There's more than a few tenants that are suspect, the police roll through the complex frequently and the Marshall is always called out to evict someone monthly, so the apartment turn over rate is high. If at any time you have to ask someone that stays there "how is the property" you probably shouldn't move there. Look if you can deal with living with insects, daily vermits, suspicious tenants, rude staff and inconsistent property management, this is the place for you. The only good thing about these apartment is the location and the elementary school.
