I was there for my Vetco appointment for my dog, I was 15 minutes late and they still fit us in. They gave my fur baby her exam, and gave vaccines and kept my baby calm.

I have always gotten good service. They are sold out of stuff frequently but I find it somewhere at a Petco. Howell Mill location is out of site in Atlanta.

The women, ALL OF THEM, who I’ve met since starting to come there in October when I adopted my dog, have been so helpful, so professional, so knowledgeable and simply…nice. They’ve assisted when I wasn’t able to find a product, with the self bathing station, and out to my car when I have armloads of items. I had an issue with an item and they returned it without any hassle. We’re also taking training with Allison who is phenomenal. Whatever you’re paying these ladies, double it!
