Great prices on pet products. You are at the mercy on whatever the trick brings, according to the staff, so if you're looking for a specific item that you've gotten from there before, and they run out, it might be a few weeks before it comes in again, as was the case for me. The staff is nice. The store is clean.

I bought a cage there and tried to take it back a week later with the receipt and they wouldn’t give me a refund. The clerk said sometimes the system would let them and sometime it wouldn’t. Just depends on the day. I have returned 3 times to meet with different people there that day they can grind my money and still no one has been able to help. Stay away from this store. The employees barely speak English and are complete idiots.

Found the aquarium I needed in updating my fish outgrown tank. The hood costed more than the tank. The associate was very friendly and helpful. The prices are ok but some items are a little expensive than the competitors.

This location is always poorly stocked and poorly staffed. Purina Pro Plan dog kibble and a decent selection of Best Friends cat food ceases to ever exist. And when you're ready to check out, you have to hunt down a staff member. But since PetSupermarket sends the occasional coupon, I try to overlook this and use the coupon to stock up. I came in recently to make a purchase and was told the coupon wasn't working, a manager needed to be contacted, and was told to return later to pick up the order. I returned the following day to retrieve my order and was told I needed to now place the order online otherwise I could not apply the IN STORE coupon. I wasted two lunch breaks and left with no pet supplies. This location is a joke and it's just a matter of time before the larger pet stores cause it to shutter.

They are always out of the fish filters I need and today didn't have the algae pellets I needed. This place is understaffed and really has gone down hill the past year. Needs better a general manager. Very disappointing really

I got a cat from here in December and they sold him to me for 50$ under their policy that cats 6 months and younger are more expensive. When I reached out to the bestfriends Corp that was in ATL I found that he was over 11 months when i got him and they had known that the whole time as they also had copies of the medical records which upon adoption they would not give to me. Also the "free" food that came with him turned out to be expired. I'm one for giving second chances but each time I've gone there after I find that most of their products have expired or been expired for years. I've been told aswell that they will throw out full bags of good cat food in their dumpster if they get busted which is a complete waste considering all of their other products are expired.

What a fun place and some great prices as well
